More than 95% of the furniture is made in Sweden, using renewable, recyclable or recycled materials. The Odd Fellow Palace will once again provide the setting for the joint exhibition of FRAMING. Located in the heart of central Copenhagen, Designmuseum Danmark is Denmark’s leading museum of Danish and international design. Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland.
