The philosophy of Paper Paste Living is to create beautiful and functional home items in circular materials. The core material is a mixture of compressed recycled paper and water without any binders. The paper paste part of the objects are handcrafted in Spain, while all the wood and cardboard are sourced in the Czech Republic. With the Shape of Nature in mind, the products are carefully designed in Denmark by Hans Thyge & Co. The paper used arrived from a KM0 recovery plant near the over 100-year-old production facility just outside of Barcelona. Other materials besides paper are also used, like FSC-certified. For the pouf seat, Italian regenerated cotton in Ivory was used, and it gets its softness from the coconut fibres inside.

What started out as an internship ended in a professional partnership, which was showcased in the TV concept "Denmark's Next Classic" during the third season. The Icelandic Embassy in Denmark teams up with the Iceland Design and Architecture center, producer of the DesignMarch festival and Business Iceland to present two different exhibitions showcasing the diversity of Icelandic design. In the foyer of the Embassy Hae/Hi: Designing Friendship, a collaborative project featuring Icelandic and Seattle based design studios, will be addressing the acts that take place, and the objects associated with, arriving and departing, greetings and goodbyes. The New Comfort Products is a small company based in the North of Norway, on the coast of Helgeland. The company produces chairs in recycled plastic made of waste form the aquaculture industry in the region, typically ropes. This gives the products not only first class and lasting quality, but primarily makes them environmentally sustainable. Wild Studio Cph is a Copenhagen based design studio creating sustainable and multifunctional furniture for children and adults. The collection they exhibit is made from 100% plastic waste, like water bottles, fishnets, and household sorting. All the products are manufactured in Denmark. The company was founded by Danish architect Rosa Nøss Bendixen. Her approach is investigative and experimental and driven by a desire to create design within the limits of our planet's capacity. Wild Studio Cph adds color and playfulness to our surroundings while offering an environmentally sustainable alternative. The design is simple and sculptural and challenges our perception of -the otherwise frowned upon, "raw" material.

Viccarbe is an international reference in the manufacture of collaborative furniture for contract, hospitality, educational, healthcare, and residential environments. The company is based in Valencia, Spain, a city that enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. This light is part of their Mediterranean identity and is the starting point of their kind designs, made in collaboration with leading international designers such as Patricia Urquiola, John Pawson, Jasper Morrison, Naoto Fukasawa, Jaime Hayon or Piero Lissoni.

The French Embassy in Denmark is located in the Thott Palace, a remarkable 17th century historical building on Kongens Nytorv, in the heart of Copenhagen. The palace has housed the embassy for a century, and has since its origins been a symbol of the strong ties between France and Denmark. All year round, the Embassy opens its doors to the public on the occasion of various cultural events (exhibitions, conferences, concerts), and has showcased French designers as part of 3daysofdesign every year since the festival began. Institut français is the French cultural center in Denmark, and also functions as the French Embassy's cultural department. The institute's mission is to promote French culture, language and ideas to the Danish public.

Un'common is a polish design studio which creates furniture from finest materials such as marble, wood and steel. Yet the heart of the brand is stone. The founders believe that furniture should not only be well-designed – it should be a feast for the senses. Nothing can produce this effect quite as good as marble. It is a beautiful, refined, natural material that has been used for centuries in architecture, art and everyday life. Given with this opportunity brand tries to rediscover it by working with new forms and textures.
