YUUE

YUUE is a Berlin-based design studio that reimagines objects for daily life. Run by Chinese-German designer Weng Xinyu, who received design education at Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany and started his studio in Berlin to collaborate with clients around the world. Weng seeks design inspiration by comparing cultures and re-discovering traditions. He explores human-object relationship with special emphasis on interactivity and emotion. He is also interested to use design as an expression to reflect on social problems.

During 3daysofdesign, YUUE Design Studio will take up residence at Kanalhuset, presenting its latest collection in one of the beautifully designed apartments of this historic hotel. Known for its distinctive approach that blends Eastern sensibility with European craftsmanship, YUUE will unveil a curated selection of new objects and furniture pieces designed to evoke a sense of comfort, curiosity, and connection. Each piece reflects the studio’s commitment to human–centred design, where everyday rituals become moments of gentle reflection and quiet joy.

In their interior textiles, they embrace a sense of imperfection that complements their love for natural materials and casual, untreated looks. Good quality, craftsmanship and Danish production were the key principles that Duus & Møller was founded upon, and the ambition is to keep working by that mantra. The passion for Danish craftsmanship and Danish design is rooted in traditions and a guiding principle to increase the sustainability of Duus & Møller's furniture collection. The brand collaborates with competent architects and combine Danish craft traditions with new ideas from young, talented cabinetmakers. Duus & Møller furniture is developed with inspiration from Danish design classics. This is done through minimalistic models made from solid FSC–certified wood, handcrafted and cared for with a respect for the raw material. Duus & Møller furniture is made to last.

Bread and Butter is an itinerant exhibition platform that explores everyday rituals through the concept of paired objects. Transforming everyday spaces—such as bookstores, salons, restaurants, and parking lots—into stages for collaboration, designers from different generations and cultural backgrounds translate their personal routines and local traditions into perfectly matched pairs. Just as "bread and butter" signifies something essential and inseparable, the paired objects form functional, aesthetic, and social relationships—quietly conveying each designer's experiences and contexts, while opening space for new connections and creative dialogue with local communities.

Lise Vester Studio is a Copenhagen–based design practice working at the intersection of craft, design and atmosphere. Rooted in principles from healing architecture and neuroaesthetics, the studio explores how materials, light and form can support wellbeing and shift perception. The work spans sculptural lighting, optical objects and spatial installations developed through hands–on experimentation in close collaboration with makers. Each piece is conceived as a sensory tool—inviting pause, reflection and a deeper connection to place and self.

Salme Linen is a textile and interior brand founded in Copenhagen in 2025 by Emilie Kimø. Defined by a calm and refined universe, the brand is rooted in classical manor traditions, exploring a subtle interplay of texture and weaving—creating a quiet expression of exclusivity defined by depth and detail. The collection comprises jacquard–woven bed linen, table textiles, cashmere and silk plaids, alongside a curated selection of interior pieces and home–wear. Working exclusively with natural materials such as cotton, silk, and cashmere, all pieces are produced in Europe with a focus on quality and responsibility. All textiles are certified according to OEKO–TEX® Standard 100.
