Selected BySecher was launched in 2020 with the aim of reintroducing carefully handpicked furniture by lesser–known Danish designers and furniture architects. The collection presents timeless lighting and furniture crafted with exceptional workmanship, high quality and a strong attention to detail. Each Selected BySecher piece is designed as a refined addition to modern interiors. Selected BySecher is part of Gallery Secher Fine Art & Design, which has specialised in fine art, design and furniture classics since 2002. Everything at Secher in Copenhagen reflects a deep passion for, and knowledge of, classic Danish design and craftsmanship.

The story began with a vision of creating a new generation of interior design accessories where Danish design tradition and functionality go hand in hand. Over the past 20 years, FROST Denmark has established itself among renowned design firms, offering designs that align with consumer lifestyles. Behind the brand are independent designers such as Bønnelycke MDD, Busk+Hertzog, Paul Leroy, and Henrik Tengler, who contribute to its interior product line across nine finishes. Objects May Vary is an cross–disciplinary collaborative exhibition platform dedicated to experimental design . It invites independent and emerging designers to respond to a single object typology, using it as a starting point rather than a fixed brief. The platform is founded on the belief that typologies are not limitations but generative frameworks: recurring forms that, when questioned, open space for new ideas, materials, and approaches.

Örsjö is founded on simple values and strong convictions, dedicated to developing and handcrafting premium lighting in its local factory with the sincere ambition of leaving the best possible mark on the planet. Handcrafted objects carry an intangible sense of human touch and warmth—a connection between creator and user that is often lost in industrial production. For this reason, craftsmanship lies at the heart of Örsjö’s work, with local artisans involved across the entire product range. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, glass blowing, and leather carving all take place either in Örsjö’s own factory or in trusted workshops within the region. Ultimately, Örsjö strives to create products designed to outlast their makers and contribute positively to the world.

Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.
