NORDICMODERN presents the woven rugs of Danish textile artist Vibeke Klint (1927–2019), reissued in collaboration with her family. Klint approached textiles as part of the interior - working with proportion, rhythm and colour to create calm foundations rather than décor. Her rugs were made to be lived with and walked on, and to age naturally over time. All rugs are handwoven using her original designs and techniques, continuing a Danish modern textile tradition in a contemporary context. During 3daysofdesign the collection is shown in a spatial setting where material and colour can be experienced up close. Vibeke Klint's rugs can modernise a traditional room and add character and balance to a minimalist interior.

Designed to respond to changing environments and lifestyles, the system encourages openness rather than prescription. For this year’s 3daysofdesign, House of Finn Juhl collaborates with Edition Copenhagen, one of the leading lithographic workshops in the world. The collaboration is rooted in a workshop theme, based on a shared respect for traditional craftsmanship and the preservation of specialised skills. As the custodian of Finn Juhl’s legacy, House of Finn Juhl works to maintain and communicate the principles that defined his approach: a close relationship between design, making, and material understanding. Balancing artistic vision with functional form, the presentation reflects Finn Juhl’s continued relevance across generations.
