Blå Station is a family business based in a former sewing factory in Åhus, on the south–east coast of Sweden, where the ocean is as restless as the brand itself. Their focus lies on the interiors that surround us—how they are built, how they function, and how people interact within public spaces. Questions about changing social behaviours and evolving demands continually inspire new ways of thinking. To meet contemporary needs and desires, Blå Station believes in maintaining an open and innovative mindset, guided by childlike curiosity and a firm rejection of shortcuts and apathy. Fucina Frammenti is a sustainable brand with an online shop focused on contemporary designs that prioritise material analysis and production processes. The brand aims to find new uses for Noble Waste—processed or semi–finished results—derived from the production cycles of other companies. This waste is repurposed through thoughtful design, creating new products with minimal energy expenditure while adhering to principles of disassemblability and monomateriality. This formula, called Noble Waste Mix, embodies a circular production–consumption–reuse model. Fucina Frammenti continually refines its practices through research, experimentation, and exploration of new materials, resulting in a constantly evolving product catalog.
