ykoon is a design label by Steven Gosseye built on conscious choice, valued not only for its design, but for the story, craftsmanship and integrity behind each piece. Each object seeks simplicity in form while remaining engaging through detail and proportion. Grounded in a strong technical foundation, every design is carefully refined down to its construction and finishing. The story of each object begins with an idea and evolves through sketches and prototypes into a well–considered result. Working exclusively with solid hardwoods, ykoon employs traditional joinery techniques, reflecting a deep respect for craftsmanship. Sustainability, tradition and character come together in objects shaped with care and intention.

Ancher creates handmade tableware for restaurants, coffee shops, canteens, and interior projects—made to be used every day and built to last in professional kitchens. Their new studio—an old butcher shop transformed into a ceramic studio—reflects this approach: original materials, honest processes, and modern design. Scandinavian Design Embassy is an initiative aimed at promoting Nordic design companies internationally at Nordic Embassies around the world. It brings together key organisations including the Finnish Design Embassy, Norwegian Design Industry, the Swedish Institute and Svensk Form. Through this partnership, they strengthen the innovative and sustainable design principles that define the Nordic countries. Building on the success of the Finnish Design Embassy initiative, which has been active since 2022, this project has extended the concept to neighbouring countries for an even stronger presence around the world.
