This exhibition establishes a platform which convenes a selected group of international designers and makers working beyond mass production. The exhibited objects are the result of in-depth material research, technical expertise, and time–intensive development.

Since 1935, Anglepoise has been a pioneer in lighting design, known for crafting innovative, spring–balanced lamps that combine form with flawless function. The design was invented by British engineer George Carwardine, and the brand began with the invention of a task lamp that moved like the human arm—a breakthrough that forever changed how people interact with light. Headquartered in Denmead, UK, Anglepoise lamps have lit the desks of designers, the walls of museums, and the homes of creative thinkers around the world.
