For 3daysofdesign, Johan Borups Højskole opens the doors to its historic mansion in Copenhagen’s District Kultur, inviting visitors to explore two graduation showcases by emerging Nordic voices across disciplines. This semester’s final exhibitions feature projects from Design & Ceramics and Architecture & Arts—two distinct yet connected expressions of artistic education where tradition meets contemporary culture in an open, exploratory atmosphere. Set within the school’s historic courtyard and interiors, the showcases highlight the culmination of a semester shaped by dialogue, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Founded in 1891, Johan Borups' is a Danish ‘højskole’—a creative community based on growth, collab and reflection.

Therefore, the work of the hand holds great importance for Örsjö, utilising local craftsmen for the entire product range. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, blowing glass, and carving leather all take place in their own factory or at friends' workshops in the region. Örsjö simply aims for their products to outlive themselves and leave the best possible mark on the planet.
