'Framing Compositions' marks a new chapter for Carl Hansen & Søn at our flagship store on Bredgade 33—a space steeped in history and craftsmanship. This exhibition invites you to explore a curated interplay of past and present, where iconic designs engage in seamless dialogue with contemporary pieces. Through thoughtfully composed settings, 'Framing Compositions' highlights the versatility of our furniture across eras, demonstrating how heritage craftsmanship and modern sensibilities complement one another. Iteration Collective is a newly established design collective of young designers. The community has emerged from a shared desire to create and challenge each other, pushing creative boundaries to enhance their skills as designers. Through close collaboration, members tackle new design challenges, each producing original works based on a shared design brief with defined constraints and objectives. Recognising the importance of responsible design practices, the group is dedicated to exploring new approaches, challenging conventional norms in furniture design, and paving the way for more eco-conscious solutions. Iteration Collective hope to inspire future generations of designers and contribute to the dialogue surrounding design and sustainability.
