Carl Hansen & Søn represents more than 115 years of Danish furniture history infused with respect and passion for artisanal craftsmanship. The world's largest manufacturer of designs by Hans J. Wegner, the collection of Carl Hansen & Søn also includes works by renowned design masters such as Kaare Klint, Poul Kjærholm, Vilhelm Lauritzen, Ole Wanscher, and Børge Mogensen. Proudly crafted in Denmark.

'Balanced Principles' unfolds a refined exploration of what defines enduring design. At the Bredgade flagship store, visitors can experience the dialogue between heritage design and new creations—rooted in a thoughtful balance of material, form and function. Alongside presenting new works by Fabricius Kastholm and Øivind Slaatto, the exhibition reflects on Hans J. Wegner’s enduring approach to craftsmanship. An engaging workshop hosted by the design studio Mentsen—known for their mesmerising mobiles crafted from surplus wood—also invites visitors to interact during 3daysofdesign. Together, these perspectives illustrate how balance continues to shape meaningful, contemporary design.

Solid Space Studio bridges architecture and furniture design, creating modern, timeless pieces and spaces that prioritise human scale, connection, and thoughtful context. The studio designs for long–term use, developing furniture and environments that enhance everyday life in both private and public settings. At 3daysofdesign, the studio presents the Sun Ray Chair—an asymmetrical work of art designed by architect Desiré Apelgren, founder of the studio. The chair reinterprets a classic form in a fresh, bold yet timeless way, challenging conventions while reflecting the studio’s focus on the relationship between furniture, space, and human interaction.

Exakt MFG is a brand combining artisanry and state of the art industrial technology. The design principle is based on a pursuit of beauty and the tools are reduction, practicality and longevity. Every piece is designed and manufactured in-house in southern Sweden, drawing on decades of making high-end bespoke furniture and kitchens. No external factories, no gap between intention and execution. The same hands follow each object from first sketch to finished surface. Beautiful objects are resolved objects — every element present because it earns its place, nothing added to compensate for what isn't working underneath.

Atelier Vierkant is a Belgian family–run ceramics studio, founded in 1992 in Ostend and recognised for its handcrafted design pots that combine artisanal tradition with contemporary aesthetics. Every clay piece is made, shaped and fired in Belgium, ensuring full traceability and a unique character that bears the signature of its maker. With an understated, organic design language and natural earthy tones, Atelier Vierkant pots function as both functional planters and architectural sculptures for indoor and outdoor settings. Layers of Light creates sculptural wall lamps where art and precise engineered illumination merge. Each piece is built from carefully calculated layers of light, transforming the wall into a composition of depth, shadow, and reflection. Inspired by natural light phenomena, the work evokes a sensory response — light that can be felt as much as seen. These pieces replace traditional wall art while fundamentally reshaping the atmosphere of a space.

ReCraft Design Studio is a Copenhagen-based practice working with reclaimed materials, including demolition waste and production offcuts, to create architectural elements and spatial interventions. Through hands-on experimentation and material research, the studio explores how existing resources can be reintroduced into contemporary design. Focusing on irregular and overlooked materials, ReCraft reveals the inherent qualities of what is already in circulation, extending its life while opening up new possibilities for use. Rather than concealing a materials history, the studio embraces it, allowing surfaces and traces of previous lives to inform new architectural applications.
