Through thoughtfully composed settings, 'Framing Compositions' highlights the versatility of our furniture across eras, demonstrating how heritage craftsmanship and modern sensibilities complement one another. Arthur Rottier is a designer and product developer based in Arnhem, the Netherlands. His practice moves between commissioned work and self–initiated projects, driven by an interest in how objects can be conceived and produced locally using contemporary means. The work is defined by advanced, computer–controlled engineering and production methods, careful finishing, and a restrained approach to form. Durability is central: materials are chosen for wear resistance, constructions are clear and legible, and connections are simple. Affordability is considered part of the design challenge. At the core of the practice lies the belief that beauty is essential to sustainability. Objects that are valued are cared for, and what is cared for lasts.

Fantoni Group specialises in the manufacture of office furniture, partition walls, sound–absorbent systems, MDF, chipboard and laminates. With the support of the Groups’ network of companies, which work synergistically for the integrated development of its products, Fantoni performs all stages of the production process in–house and, thanks to its eight hydroelectric power plants, five cogeneration plants and two photovoltaic systems, it contributes significantly to its own energy requirements and implements a system designed to constantly improve its performance. Having received the Compasso d’Oro award for lifetime achievement in 1998 from ADI, Fantoni Group has become a reference point due to the intense activity of its Research Centre.

Claire Delmar is a Sydney based commercial and residential interior stylist working across interiors, editorial and campaign styling with leading architects, designers, media and brands in Australia and internationally. Known for her soulful, considered approach, Claire’s work transcends trends through the intentional curation of colour, texture, materiality and tone. Grounded in strong design principles including colour theory, spatial planning and composition, her work is recognised for its clarity and narrative depth. Her projects are regularly featured in Australian and global publications.
