Carl Hansen & Søn represents more than 115 years of Danish furniture history infused with respect and passion for artisanal craftsmanship. The world's largest manufacturer of designs by Hans J. Wegner, the collection of Carl Hansen & Søn also includes works by renowned design masters such as Kaare Klint, Poul Kjærholm, Vilhelm Lauritzen, Ole Wanscher, and Børge Mogensen. Proudly crafted in Denmark.

'Balanced Principles' unfolds a refined exploration of what defines enduring design. At the Bredgade flagship store, visitors can experience the dialogue between heritage design and new creations—rooted in a thoughtful balance of material, form and function. Alongside presenting new works by Fabricius Kastholm and Øivind Slaatto, the exhibition reflects on Hans J. Wegner’s enduring approach to craftsmanship. An engaging workshop hosted by the design studio Mentsen—known for their mesmerising mobiles crafted from surplus wood—also invites visitors to interact during 3daysofdesign. Together, these perspectives illustrate how balance continues to shape meaningful, contemporary design.

Høstbo is a Copenhagen–based gallery dedicated to contemporary design at the intersection of objects, space, and lived experience. Studio ByHAA is an architectural design studio working in the intersection of craft, design, architecture and landscape. Our interior designs are handcrafted i Egypt through a dialogue with the local artisans and the Danish designers. We create from an understanding that all things and scales are connected. For us, design begins with the land, its textures, its rhythms, and the hands of the people who shape it. Our practice is about bringing the outside in, both literally and spiritually, by building spaces and creating objects that create a sense of belonging. We believe that the handmade has a capacity to reconnect people with the land, with nature, with a tangible time perspective from where we can feel ourselves at ease.

Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.
