Carl Hansen & Søn represents more than 115 years of Danish furniture history infused with respect and passion for artisanal craftsmanship. The world's largest manufacturer of designs by Hans J. Wegner, the collection of Carl Hansen & Søn also includes works by renowned design masters such as Kaare Klint, Poul Kjærholm, Vilhelm Lauritzen, Ole Wanscher, and Børge Mogensen. Proudly crafted in Denmark.

'Balanced Principles' unfolds a refined exploration of what defines enduring design. At the Bredgade flagship store, visitors can experience the dialogue between heritage design and new creations—rooted in a thoughtful balance of material, form and function. Alongside presenting new works by Fabricius Kastholm and Øivind Slaatto, the exhibition reflects on Hans J. Wegner’s enduring approach to craftsmanship. An engaging workshop hosted by the design studio Mentsen—known for their mesmerising mobiles crafted from surplus wood—also invites visitors to interact during 3daysofdesign. Together, these perspectives illustrate how balance continues to shape meaningful, contemporary design.

Salme Linen is a textile and interior brand founded in Copenhagen in 2025 by Emilie Kimø. Defined by a calm and refined universe, the brand is rooted in classical manor traditions, exploring a subtle interplay of texture and weaving—creating a quiet expression of exclusivity defined by depth and detail. The collection comprises jacquard–woven bed linen, table textiles, cashmere and silk plaids, alongside a curated selection of interior pieces and home–wear. Working exclusively with natural materials such as cotton, silk, and cashmere, all pieces are produced in Europe with a focus on quality and responsibility. Troldtekt contributes to good acoustics in most types of buildings in many countries around the world. Since 1935, Troldtekt has manufactured acoustic panels for ceilings and walls—made in Denmark from wood and cement. Since 2012, Troldtekt has placed the design concept Cradle to Cradle® at the heart of its business strategy. This means a continuous focus on adding value for the environment, society and business. The combination of wood and cement creates unique sound absorbing properties, ensuring good acoustics in any room. The material has a resilience and can handle moist environments while providing effective fire protection.

COR Sitzmöbel stands for interior design culture, aesthetic appeal and excellent seating comfort. The premium brand has been owner–managed since it was established in 1954. COR Sitzmöbel manufactures excellent quality seating and upholstered furniture for international markets at its production facility in Rheda–Wiedenbrück, Germany. The famous classic sofa Conseta is part of the product range since 1964. All upholstered furniture products have the Blue Angel eco–label seal of approval and the Greenguard Gold certificate. The production site has been climate–neutral through offsetting since 2020.

Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland. Dýpi was nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2025 for its product that is exceptionally breathable, environmentally friendly, plastic–free, and an innovative use of abundant natural materials.

Design House Stockholm defines itself as a publishing house rather than a conventional producer.
