Sibast Furniture is a Danish family company with a proud heritage of fine furniture craftsmanship dating back to 1908. Since 2013, the fourth generation has continued the legacy, combining respectful reissues of iconic 1950s designs by Helge Sibast, Arne Vodder, and Piet Hein with new timeless pieces created with contemporary designers like Eistrup, Utzon, Frost, Solberg, Henrik Hvid Hansen, Anna & Ditlev Sibast. Recently, Sibast Furniture expanded with the acquisition of Bent Hansen, adding sculptural comfort and upholstery expertise, including signature designs like the Primum chair. The collection unites heritage, craftsmanship, and modern design for homes, hotels, and global projects, built to be passed on to future generations.

During 3daysofdesign, Sibast Furniture opens the doors to their new showroom in Copenhagen. Transformed into a curated exhibition of new perspectives on timeless pieces—showcasing novelties.

It invites independent and emerging designers to respond to a single object typology, using it as a starting point rather than a fixed brief. The platform is founded on the belief that typologies are not limitations but generative frameworks: recurring forms that, when questioned, open space for new ideas, materials, and approaches.

Through its webshop and ongoing daily research, it encourages a slower, more deliberate approach to discovering objects, cultivating a community of creatives who prioritize meaning, intention, and craftsmanship over mass production. Originally conceived as a digital-first project to rethink how design is experienced and accessed, DEORON has since expanded into the physical realm. Following the success of its debut and second MDW 26 edition which featured +70 designers, across collectible and industrial design pieces from emerging brands and established firms.
