Founded in 1905, Hydro is a leading aluminium and renewable energy company committed to a sustainable future. Based in Oslo, Norway, Hydro employs more than 30.000 people worldwide across a broad range of market segments for aluminium, energy, metal recycling and renewables, offering a unique wealth of knowledge and competence.

To celebrate 90 years of the Aalto vase, Iittala and Hydro collaborates to present the Aalto 90 Pavilion at Ofelia Plads. Inspired by Alvar Aalto’s iconic design, the pavilion invites visitors to step inside and explore an immersive soundscape crafted for this occasion. The pavilion is formed in aluminium—chosen for its versatility, strength and infinite recyclability—made using 100% renewable energy. Selected as Iittala’s partner for its deep material and engineering expertise, the two companies seek to build upon their combined Nordic legacy of more than 260 years to support a more circular approach to temporary architecture.

Studio Kajsa Willner creates bespoke design with a narrative and a strong focus on materiality. Through artistic research, low–tech craftsmanship, and conceptual thinking, the studio develops objects, sculptures, materials, and spatial installations, often using waste or secondary materials as a starting point. The work centres around the relationship between people, animals, nature, and resources. By researching historical materials, crafts, and production methods from a time when humans lived in closer symbiosis with nature, Willner seeks to explore empathic ways to relate to contemporary consumption and production.

Established in 2020 in Armenia, OCHRE merges artistic ideas with artisanal expertise to craft objects for everyday life. At the heart of OCHRE’s practice is wool—a material that serves as both a physical foundation and a source of reflection. Yet wool is a starting point, never an obligatory final destination. In recent years, OCHRE’s collections have expanded into the world of embroidery, ceramics, and beyond. OCHRE creates objects for everyday life, guided by a search for more sustainable ways of relating to materials, to histories, and to one another.
