Good quality, craftsmanship and Danish production were the key principles that Duus & Møller was founded upon, and the ambition is to keep working by that mantra. The passion for Danish craftsmanship and Danish design is rooted in traditions and a guiding principle to increase the sustainability of Duus & Møller's furniture collection. The brand collaborates with competent architects and combine Danish craft traditions with new ideas from young, talented cabinetmakers. Duus & Møller furniture is developed with inspiration from Danish design classics. This is done through minimalistic models made from solid FSC–certified wood, handcrafted and cared for with a respect for the raw material. Duus & Møller furniture is made to last.

At 3daysofdesign 2026, Duus & Møller presents a curated exhibition of new launches alongside timeless Danish design. The display highlights innovative solutions and finely crafted furniture made from solid wood, rooted in tradition and shaped for contemporary living. Duus & Møller shows amongst others design from the Danish architects Anna Karnov & Clara Mahler and Finnish/Swedish architect Sami Kallio.

Based in Uji, Kyoto, Asahiyaki is among the oldest ceramic kilns in Japan, having crafted tea wares in the same family for 425 years.
This rich history provides a unique perspective of time. Clay used today was extracted two generations ago, just as new clay is prepared for future generations. Tea vessels are not considered complete when they emerge from the kiln; they reach fulfilment gradually, through years of daily use. Besides making artistic pieces for the tea ceremony and sencha wares for daily use, Asahiyaki collaborates with global brands and restaurants on bespoke tableware collections. Every piece is thrown by hand on the pottery wheel by skilled artisans.

Troldtekt contributes to good acoustics in most types of buildings in many countries around the world. Since 1935, Troldtekt has manufactured acoustic panels for ceilings and walls—made in Denmark from wood and cement. Since 2012, Troldtekt has placed the design concept Cradle to Cradle® at the heart of its business strategy. This means a continuous focus on adding value for the environment, society and business. The combination of wood and cement creates unique sound absorbing properties, ensuring good acoustics in any room. The material has a resilience and can handle moist environments while providing effective fire protection.

Homo Faber Fellowship is presented by the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, a non–profit institution based in Geneva, which champions contemporary craftspeople worldwide with the aim of promoting a more human, inclusive and sustainable future. Lokal is a Helsinki–based concept gallery bringing forth local artwork and collectible design. Inspired by a blend of artistic expression and craftsmanship, Lokal embraces sustainability and small–scale production. Fostering a supportive creative community rooted in heritage and a close relationship to nature is at the core of their activity. Lokal’s curated exhibitions can be viewed both at their homelike gallery space in Helsinki, as well as online. During 3daysofdesign, Lokal collaborates with The Finnish Cultural Institute in Denmark to present an exhibition featuring a group of Finnish artists and makers working at the intersection of fine art and functionality.
