Composed Matter, curated by Norm Architects, brings together three distinct brands—Motarasu, Sumum and Søuld—each shaped by its own heritage, craft and aesthetic language. Curated and spatially designed by Norm Architects, the exhibition unfolds as a quiet exploration of how materials, light and space interact to shape our sensory experience. Light and shadow become active participants in the composition. Surfaces respond to illumination, revealing depth and subtle variation. Soft geometries guide movement through the space, while moments of spatial compression and openness shift the emotional tone of the exhibition. Visitors are invited to slow down, to notice how small material gestures can alter the perception of a room.

Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt creates exclusive bespoke lighting pieces. Working with plexiglass and brass, she develops lamps shaped by a close dialogue between colour, transparency, and form. Layered hues and shifting light create depth and visual presence, while patinated brass adds a warmer, tactile tone. Each lamp is a sculptural object that brings a composed architectural presence to a space. She also creates larger installations by grouping multiple lamps. Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt collaborates with Nilufar Gallery in Milan and designs for Gubi.

Bread and Butter is an itinerant exhibition platform that explores everyday rituals through the concept of paired objects. Transforming everyday spaces—such as bookstores, salons, restaurants, and parking lots—into stages for collaboration, designers from different generations and cultural backgrounds translate their personal routines and local traditions into perfectly matched pairs. Just as "bread and butter" signifies something essential and inseparable, the paired objects form functional, aesthetic, and social relationships—quietly conveying each designer's experiences and contexts, while opening space for new connections and creative dialogue with local communities.
