Lokal is a Helsinki–based concept gallery bringing forth local artwork and collectible design. Inspired by a blend of artistic expression and craftsmanship, Lokal embraces sustainability and small–scale production. Fostering a supportive creative community rooted in heritage and a close relationship to nature is at the core of their activity. Lokal’s curated exhibitions can be viewed both at their homelike gallery space in Helsinki, as well as online. During 3daysofdesign, Lokal collaborates with The Finnish Cultural Institute in Denmark to present an exhibition featuring a group of Finnish artists and makers working at the intersection of fine art and functionality.

Yobiiro fuses traditional craftsmanship from regions across Japan with cutting–edge technology, transforming them into products that awaken the senses and emotions. It treats subtle shifts in light, scent, and temperature as colours that enrich everyday life. Like the first pour that draws water from a well, it invites new perception and awareness. Working with production regions, craftspeople, and technologists, Yobiiro explores forms of value beyond functionality or numbers—value meant to be felt. In doing so, it brings a first drop into daily life and sketches new possibilities for the future.

Inspired by Japanese aesthetics, the bed reflects a calm, minimal expression where balance, simplicity and functionality are at the core. With its clean lines, refined proportions and thoughtful material choices, the Essential bed brings a sense of tranquility to the bedroom. The design focuses on what truly matters — comfort, quality and longevity — creating a bed that feels both contemporary and timeless. Designed for life.
