+Halle® exists to develop a different type of furniture, designed to make a difference to people’s daily lives, helping them focus, work, and relax in new ways. Furniture shaped by human behaviour is furniture shaped by those who use it. The more minds involved, the more evolved the design.

This year during 3daysofdesign +Halle® will display a large selection of new products designed by Spacon, Boris Berlin Design, Nick Ross and Form Us With Love. Making furniture that can meet the needs of public spaces today means creating mindspace for designers, scientists and entrepreneurs with something new to say on the matter. Ancher creates handmade tableware for restaurants, coffee shops, canteens, and interior projects—made to be used every day and built to last in professional kitchens. Rooted in craftsmanship and functional design, each piece is carefully developed with durability, tactility, and scale in mind. Founded in Copenhagen, Ancher works locally with a production setup that allows for fast delivery without compromising quality. Their new studio—an old butcher shop transformed into a ceramic studio—reflects this approach: original materials, honest processes, and modern design. Tableware shaped by hands, meant for everyday use, shipped globally.

String Furniture is a Swedish design company producing a range of modern classics and contemporary furniture brands. More than 95% of its furniture is made in Sweden, using renewable, recyclable or recycled materials. String has earned a place in design history thanks to the elegant simplicity and ingenious construction of its systems, which can be assembled in countless configurations and remain as relevant today as when first introduced in 1949. The collection includes Pira G2, originally conceived by Olle Pira in 1954 and reinterpreted in 2023 by Anna von Schewen and Björn Dahlström, as well as Museum, designed for the reopening of the Swedish Nationalmuseum, and Relief, a modular system created by TAF Studio.

Located in the heart of central Copenhagen, Designmuseum Danmark is Denmark’s leading museum of Danish and international design. The museum shows up to eight exhibitions about design history, contemporary design, the design of the future, as well as Danish design icons by Verner Panton, Finn Juhl, Arne Jacobsen and more. The museum communicates quality and craftsmanship, ideas and processes, and breakthrough within design through it’s exhibitions, events, and learning activities. Designmuseum Danmark reopened in June 2022 after two years of renovations. Guests can now visit the new museum café for coffee, lunch or dinner, the new museum shop and the museum garden, which is a quiet, green oasis in the middle of the city.
