+Halle exists to develop a different type of furniture, designed to make a difference to people’s daily lives, helping them focus, work, and relax in new ways. Furniture shaped by human behaviour is furniture shaped by those who use it. The more minds involved, the more evolved the design.

This year during 3daysofdesign +Halle® will display a large selection of new products designed by Spacon, Boris Berlin Design, Nick Ross and Form Us With Love. Making furniture that can meet the needs of public spaces today means creating mindspace for designers, scientists and entrepreneurs with something new to say on the matter. Troldtekt designs, develops and manufactures acoustic panels made from Danish wood and cement. Troldtekt’s mission is to increase the acoustic comfort in buildings as well as securing a healthy indoor climate – while also providing architects with a wide range of design choices. Since 2012, Troldtekt has placed the design concept Cradle to Cradle® at the heart of its business strategy. This means a continuous focus on adding value for the environment, for society and for business. The combination of wood and cement creates unique sound absorbing properties, ensuring good acoustics in any room. The material has a resilience and can handle moist environments while providing effective fire protection.

Andreas Samuelsson works as an artist, creating poetic and graphic designs. Through his brand Kroki, he explores this world across a variety of products. Kroki is defined by a love of bold graphic shapes and patterns, with a distinctive design language that blends strong emotions and soft poetry. Kroki is co–owned by Andreas Samuelsson and Helena Svärd. While Andreas is responsible for the brand's poetic and graphic design language, Helena brings her extensive experience in brand management and design agency leadership—together, they bring creative ideas to life, driving forward the brand’s distinct identity.

Brighton based Spark & Bell is a B Corp lighting design studio that is pioneering a new era of sustainable lighting, combining community focused craftsmanship with quality and responsible materials in its contemporary design pieces. Championing circular design principles in daily practice, Spark & Bell supports domestic suppliers and collaborates with local artisans working in wood, ceramics, cork and jesmonite. It has also taken to developing materials from sources headed for landfill, in their Brighton workshop. This appreciation for local heritage craft and dedication to sustainability is resonating with a growing customer base that values both environmental responsibility and unique aesthetics.
