During 3daysofdesign, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Exhibition will be held in the craftsmens' house, Moltke's Mansion, an impressive Baroque building in city center, owned by the Association of Craftsmen in Copenhagen. The exhibition is displaying unique master pieces by master craftsmen, as well as works from final exams, apprentice pieces and works by more established cabinetmakers. Since 1554, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild has been a gathering place for both furniture makers and building carpenters. Common for all Guild's members is the interest in noble craftsmanship, and not least the necessity of supporting the professional educational training.

Natural Material Studio will for the 2024 edition of 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen 12-14th of June launch the ideological installation ‘White Utopia’ unveiling an investigation of domestic living when designing for fluidity - a philosophy by the studio for a world in flux. Responding to 3daysofdesign’s theme ‘Dare to Dream,’ Natural Material Studio has with their new installation reimagined a full-size house and its interior located in the design district Refshaleøen. Using the studio’s own bio-based materials, WHITE UTOPIA will embody how it will be to live with, what their founder Bonnie Hvillum call ‘fluidity’, a way of approaching the world as in constant movement and materials understood as in flux.

The New Comfort Products is a small company based in the North of Norway, on the coast of Helgeland. The company produces chairs in recycled plastic made of waste form the aquaculture industry in the region, typically ropes. This gives the products not only first class and lasting quality, but primarily makes them environmentally sustainable. The product are designed mostly by well known designers like “Snøhetta” but also by local up-and-coming young designer for the same region. This gives the product range an wide variety and along with the production process an opportunity to produce an range of unique chairs. The philosophy of Paper Paste Living is to create beautiful and functional home items in circular materials. The core material is a mixture of compressed recycled paper and water without any binders. The paper paste part of the objects are handcrafted in Spain, while all the wood and cardboard are sourced in the Czech Republic. With the Shape of Nature in mind, the products are carefully designed in Denmark by Hans Thyge & Co. The paper used arrived from a KM0 recovery plant near the over 100-year-old production facility just outside of Barcelona. Other materials besides paper are also used, like FSC-certified. For the pouf seat, Italian regenerated cotton in Ivory was used, and it gets its softness from the coconut fibres inside.

A-N-D is a decorative luminaire design studio and manufacturer based in Vancouver, Canada where original collections are conceptualized, built and assembled in-house.
