apto plus debuts at 3daysofdesign as a new brand with a fresh name. However, the designs and furniture behind it are well-established. Every space has unique needs. Thoughtfully designed to support workflow, maximize space, and create an inspiring atmosphere, apto plus delivers furniture solutions that blend functionality with aesthetics. Rooted in Danish design, each piece is crafted with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless balance between form and purpose.

Set within the historic surroundings of Copenhagen, apto plus debuts at 3daysofdesign in Den Collinske Gård. Named after Jonas Collin—a leading patron of the arts during Denmark’s Golden Age and a close friend of H.C. Andersen—this iconic building carries a rich cultural heritage. This year’s exhibition is more than just a showcase; it is the grand launch of apto plus—a defining moment they are proud to share with every visitor.

Örsjö is founded on simple values and strong convictions, dedicated to developing and handcrafting premium lighting in its local factory with the sincere ambition of leaving the best possible mark on the planet. Handcrafted objects carry an intangible sense of human touch and warmth—a connection between creator and user that is often lost in industrial production. For this reason, craftsmanship lies at the heart of Örsjö’s work, with local artisans involved across the entire product range. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, glass blowing, and leather carving all take place either in Örsjö’s own factory or in trusted workshops within the region. Ultimately, Örsjö strives to create products designed to outlast their makers and contribute positively to the world.

AL2 has created distinctive, timeless design pieces since 2013, drawing on a woodworking heritage that dates back to 1970. Founded by Manos Alexopoulos, the brand has evolved into a Greek lifestyle label with a strong presence on the international design scene. The Home of Acoustic Design – Glimakra of Sweden takes great pride in collaborating with local suppliers, always with immediate access to the renewable resources of the forest. At their workshop on Portugal's Silver Coast, De La Espada combines artisanal furniture making savoir faire with rigorous, research–based contemporary design. Their portfolio of iconic and timeless pieces includes designs by their in–house studio, De La Espada Atelier, and by great figures in the world of international design. Specialising in woodworking and upholstery, they also collaborate with Portuguese artisans across disciplines. De La Espada sits at the heart of design and craft in Portugal and represents true luxury: creativity rather than imitation; extensive research and development; traditional methods that are in scarce supply; a singular aesthetic point–of–view; and no compromise when it comes to materials or effort.

Founded in 2019, Material Matters is a platform dedicated to exploring the role of material intelligence in architecture and design. With more than 140 podcasts published and four acclaimed editions of its annual fair staged in London, the brand made its international debut in Copenhagen in 2025 as part of 3daysofdesign—an appearance that exceeded expectations and confirmed the appetite for a deeper, more material–led conversation. Building on the success of last year, Material Matters returns to 3daysofdesign taking up, once again, the residence in the heart of Christianshavn, positioned as a key destination within the city.

TAMEKO is a new name in home textiles, blending nostalgia with modernity, rawness with refinement, and simplicity with a strong attention to detail. Founded by Dominika Leveau and Chim Scavenius Sonne–Schmidt, known for their work with Massimo Copenhagen, TAMEKO offers monochrome textiles that combine contemporary design with timeless elements, celebrating natural beauty and honest craftsmanship. Collection 001 embraces natural materials, prioritising texture over decorative patterns. Monochrome linens, bedding, and cushions highlight the natural crinkles of linen and the softness of cotton. The collection is designed by the award–winning studio Space Copenhagen, founded by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou.
