Jacob Jensen presents a reflective experience during 3daysofdesign. The installation explores the brand’s design philosophy, “different but not strange,” rooted in clarity, functionality, and human relevance. It demonstrates how design can invite interaction without demanding attention. The experience unfolds in layers — from first glance to close observation. Through repetition and structure, the installation encourages reflection and offers a quiet reminder: even the most familiar forms can be seen anew, when they are approached differently.

Örsjö is founded on simple values and strong convictions, dedicated to developing and handcrafting premium lighting in its local factory with the sincere ambition of leaving the best possible mark on the planet. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, glass blowing, and leather carving all take place either in Örsjö’s own factory or in trusted workshops within the region. Ultimately, Örsjö strives to create products designed to outlast their makers and contribute positively to the world.

PANI JUREK is a design studio combined with a ceramics workshop, run by Magda Jurek and Michał Borecki. It operates at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, and art. The objects created by Studio Pani Jurek go beyond their stereotypical functions, with interactivity being an inherent feature. Conceived as elements of spatial compositions, they often change depending on their surroundings and users. A distinctive trait of the studio’s projects is colour—a result of Magda Jurek’s background in painting. While functionality is not the starting point in the creation process, it is never neglected. Ergonomics and design discipline help tame imagination and material.
