Jacob Jensen is a realm of Danish design, transforming everyday essentials into extraordinary objects that captivate, bring surprise, delight, and meaningful impact. Since its beginnings in 1958, Jacob Jensen's design philosophy has given rise to pioneering products and design decisions that have left an indelible mark globally. Today, Jacob Jensen continues to shape dynamic and distinctive designs.

Jacob Jensen presents a reflective experience during 3daysofdesign. The installation explores the brand’s design philosophy, “different but not strange,” rooted in clarity, functionality, and human relevance. It demonstrates how design can invite interaction without demanding attention. The experience unfolds in layers — from first glance to close observation. Through repetition and structure, the installation encourages reflection and offers a quiet reminder: even the most familiar forms can be seen anew, when they are approached differently.

Elvang creates responsibly produced textiles which combine timeless Nordic design with exquisite Peruvian craftsmanship. Its story is one of ethics, integrity and respect. It began in 2002, when the founders Tina and Lasse Elvang learned about the qualities of alpaca wool during a backpacking trip to Peru. Orla Culligan creates unique slip cast ceramics for the home in Clonakilty, Cork. She strives to provide high–quality products that bring joy to the owner’s home while keeping her business sustainable by minimising waste and maintaining a low environmental impact. The original inspiration for her work comes from discovering 'rubbish' washed up on the beaches where she grew up in East Cork. As she walks along the beach, flotsam and jetsam become tangled among the seaweed, their bright synthetic man–made colours standing out. Upon closer scrutiny, these objects reveal a gorgeous range of textures where the sea has intervened; seams and edges have softened, yet evidence of the making process and the machine still remains.

Roosa Ryhänen is a Helsinki—based designer whose work blends industrial and product design, creating objects that exist at the intersection of function and art. Ryhänen favours local production and material sourcing, using Finnish birch and supporting local artisans to minimise environmental impact. Ryhänen’s mindset in design production is centred on made–to–order, minimising waste by producing only what is needed and reducing excess inventory. Her work aims to create timeless, collectible designs that not only serve a functional purpose but also challenge conventional design.

91—92 / ninetyoneninetytwo is a Copenhagen–based design studio founded in 2020 by Zeyu Rong and Weibo Sun. Working at the intersection of technology and craft, the studio explores the creative potential of 3D printing through a growing collection of objects made from r—PETG, r—PLA, and TPU. Each piece is thoughtfully produced with a focus on form, tactility, and purpose—balancing aesthetic presence with functional clarity. Guided by a belief in 3D printing as a tool for design, 91—92 reimagines local production as a way to reduce material waste and energy use, embedding environmental consciousness into every layer of their process.
