During 3daysofdesign, Mette Ditmer Denmark opens the doors to its new showroom in the heart of Copenhagen. The space will be transformed into a curated universe of calm and creativity, reflecting the brand’s approach to conscious living. Visitors can discover collection highlights and new designs through tactile textures, timeless aesthetics, and thoughtful details. The programme includes opportunities to meet the designer Mette Ditmer and gain insight into the ideas and considerations behind the collections, alongside creative workshops that invite visitors to shape something uniquely personal.

Elvang creates responsibly produced textiles which combine timeless Nordic design with exquisite Peruvian craftsmanship. Its story is one of ethics, integrity and respect. Vipp is a Danish, 3rd generation family–owned design company. Founded by metalsmith Holger Nielsen in the small town of Randers, Denmark in 1939, his entrepreneurial debut was a practical waste bin initially crafted for his wife’s hair salon. When Holger passes away in the beginning of the nineties, his daughter Jette inherits the bin and a metal workshop in the backyard of her childhood home in Randers. Joined by her children, Kasper and Sofie, they set out to transform the bin into a brand.Today, with its steadfast commitment to product engineering and design, Vipp equals a full–blown design universe of furniture, lighting, accessories, kitchens, and guesthouses.

Ariake is a Japanese furniture brand founded by Legnatec and Hirata Chair, two manufacturers from the furniture–producing town of Morodomi in Saga Prefecture, each with over four decades of craft heritage. The brand takes its name from the Ariake Sea; “ariake” also means daybreak, marking a new chapter for its founding makers. The collection is developed under the creative direction of Gabriel Tan, in close collaboration with Morodomi's craftsmen and an international roster of designers, with the aim of creating new Japanese design icons. Each piece balances delicacy with structural precision, with careful attention to wood joinery, combining hand and machine production in equal measure.

Cumellas designs and produces contemporary handmade rugs. Based in Barcelona since 1992, its work reflects a deep understanding of craftsmanship and a distinctive approach to design. Natural materials, colour and texture are at the core of the brand’s DNA, shaping rugs that respect both the origin of the materials and the social context in which they are made, while emphasising craftsmanship. Alongside its own collections, Cumellas collaborates with artists and designers, bringing new perspectives and expanding the language of rugs into more experimental and expressive territories.
