During 3daysofdesign 7 brands come together at Papirøen in a raw, brutalist space to showcase design in its most honest form. No filters. No excess. UN—PLUGGED exhibition is a tribute to materiality, craftsmanship, and the essence of great design—pure, tactile, and true to form. The brands are: Made by Hand, DCW éditions, MOEBE, Eberhart Furniture, LEICHT Küchen, Intra lighting and Thorup Copenhagen. Partners are: Sonny and Veark.

Design Studio Lars Vejen is a multidisciplinary design practice based in Denmark and Japan. His work spans a broad spectrum of design disciplines, with a primary focus on furniture, urban elements, lighting, building components and home accessories, realised in close collaboration with traditional craftsmen and established industries. Working at the intersection of architecture and design, he develops products with a profound dedication to people, human interaction and architectural context, where form, function and enduring quality remain fundamental. CONCRETE VESSELS AND RELIEFS BY SUSANNE STORM MERGE ARTISTIC EXPRESSION, MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE, AND FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE. Working with a material traditionally associated with weight, Susanne Storm destabilises this assumption. By sculpting in concrete, she has only a brief period in which to shape the work. The intensity of this creation process extends to her sculptural vessels and reliefs. The resulting forms appear almost alive, retaining the movement that generated them. Cracks, layers, and surface marks remain as traces of transformation. The choice of colour feels effortless, allowing the works to appear beautiful both together and individually, perhaps especially in contrast to modern, strict design. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Finnish Durat is a unique solid surface material which contains recycled post–industrial plastics and is 100% recyclable. The distinctive character of Durat is a combination of the illusion of a three–dimensional surface and its luxurious warm and silky feel. It is available in nearly 300 vibrant colours, all of which are available in 11 different textures. Durat also offers a unique service providing custom colours and textures. Durat is an excellent choice for kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, retail spaces, hospitals, ships and several other bespoke furniture when distinctive appearance, durability and easy maintenance are required. The versatile material offers designers almost infinite opportunities.

Kilzi means many things to its founder: it is his family name, weird in his context and a symbol of other lands, Kilzi is the family context and a story of immigration and personal growth, it also means ancient history and heritage, movement, renewal, childhood. In Jorge S Kilzi's eyes, his creations are an expression of who he is and of where his many experiences have taken him. Kilzi's work is honest and seeks to create emotional value. Some items find their worth in practicality, technology, comfort or decorations: Kilzi doesn't refuse any of the previous but seeks value in human connection through objects. This year Kilzi will host one event and be part of two collaborative shows.
