By combining the craftsmanship, functionality and endurance characterized by its Danish design heritage with modern silhouettes and durable materials, Normann Copenhagen aims to create original products in a contemporary design that withstand the test of time. Normann Copenhagen believes in uniting people and spaces across the world and improving the quality of people’s lives through the power of great design. The brand's products combine functionality and design and accommodate the diversity of needs of modern life in residential and professional interiors alike.

Normann Copenhagen marks its 25th anniversary by inviting you to delve into the very essence of the brand. The exhibition, 'ELEMENTS OF NORMANN' aims to encapsulate the core identity that has defined the brand over the past quarter-century. In addition to its symbolic meaning, ELEMENTS OF NORMANN also takes a literal approach, presenting an immersive showcase of the various physical elements that continue to shape the brand. From tributes to a fondness of color, to the materials that define the collections, to the brand’s vision for the future, NC invites visitors to immerse themselves in the very heart of the brand. Step inside a three-story exhibition comprising numerous immersive spaces, each dedicated to different ELEMENTS OF NORMANN.

Danish Art Workshops contribute to the field of art and design in Denmark by providing professionals with a unique platform for artistic development and production. In the many specially equipped workshops, professional artists and designers can apply for residency to develop their ideas and produce large and complex works with support and counselling from skilled professionals. Here lie the roots of large amounts of contemporary art and design; here new talents in the art and design scene are born.

Since its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia.

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2024 the festival will be held from 12 - 14 June.
