Stilling is a renowned design company that creates stunning, handcrafted curtain tracks for projects and exhibitions worldwide. Utilising a wide array of colours and shapes, Stilling facilitates the creation of creative architectural spaces. The legacy of Stilling began in 1949 when the founder, Preben Stilling, crafted his first window blind. Originating from the family basement, he sold the blind in his spare time, marking the beginning of decades of craftsmanship traditions on Danish soil.

Experience curtain tracks like you've never seen them used before. During 3daysofdesign, Stilling opens the doors to a one-of-a-kind showroom in the vibrant centre of Copenhagen, where architectural installations will highlight the creativity and versatility of curtains. Immerse yourself in a unique exhibition, which is rarely offered for public view, while enjoying complimentary drinks from the bar. Curated and designed by Nadia Olive Schnack.

Furniture design that convinces and accompanies people through their lives, offering reliability and beauty that is appreciated and, ideally, passed down through generations. Owner Oliver Holy has been producing this type of furniture at ClassiCon since 1990. The company specialises in innovative furniture that demonstrates the courage to depart from the familiar. Many pieces boast prestigious design legacies. To facilitate the creation of numerous such stories, ClassiCon continually expands its network of partners and local craft businesses. Through its production methods, the company aims to showcase craftsmanship and draw upon a wealth of experience, ensuring its preservation for future generations. The ethos is to think globally but act locally, emphasising both environmental and community care.

Vipp might have begun with a pedal-controlled bin (the only bin that has found a spot in MoMA’s permanent design collection) but over the last 80 years, the Danish brand has grown to include kitchens, furniture, lighting, and accessories. In recent years, Vipp has expanded beyond objects to design and open six hotels as well as two venues in Copenhagen: the Vipp Pencil Factory and Vipp Garage.

Whether it is developing a bin or a kitchen, creating a furniture line or hosting a hotel or supper club, Vipp always measure the quality of products and concepts on their long-term ability to provide an experience out of the ordinary.

Since its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia.

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2025 the festival will be held from 4 - 6 June.
