All Matters Studio is a Stockholm-based design studio founded in 2020. Their mission is to create and produce timeless and high quality interior products developed from a Scandinavian design mindset with an International approach. Recognizing the significance of incorporating scent into interior design, All Matters Studio joined forces with Emmanuel Martini, a distinguished French Perfume Designer, and introduced their independent fragrance brand En Doft™ at 3daysofdesign in 2022. Subsequently, they have unveiled a collection of exquisite, artisanal Room Perfumes, enriching the extra dimension of design.

During 3daysofdesign the independent fragrance brand En Doft™ will open the doors to an exclusive perfumery, and promise to deliver an exceptional olfactory experience. The interior of the perfumery is designed by All Matters Studio in collaboration with Forever Studio, a talented design duo from Rotterdam. Building on the success of last year, En Doft™ will once again host a series of exclusive cocktail events titled "Perfumes in New Dimensions 2.0", featuring renowned bartenders who will creatively incorporate En Doft™ perfume notes into their cocktails. Additionally, visitors can look forward to the unveiling of new furniture designs along with the launch of En Doft™ fifth scent as part of the exhibition.

Furniture architect Martin Kechayas' long and productive career in furniture design has resulted in a plethora of unique pieces, driven by his profound interest in form, comfort, and art. This year, Martin is taking his career in a new direction by launching his own furniture brand, MARTIN KECHAYAS. The brand focuses on furniture crafted from residual wood from furniture production. The BRICO series comprises various pieces, all made from up to 100 percent residual wood. The emphasis remains on design, functionality, comfort, finish, art, and the future. The furniture is designed in our time for a sustainable future.

The exhibition, TRANSCENDENCE, takes place in an industrial hall formerly used to produce ship engines at District Refshaleøen in Copenhagen with sharpened focus on materials and sustainability. Architect and curator, Frederikke Aagard will install a dreamy vision in this rather raw space made from natural and recycled materials, which will be reused after the exhibition. Through insightful installation and hands-on demonstrations, this exhibition invites visitors to delve deeper into our perception and understanding of materials and gain a newfound appreciation for their significance in the objects we create and consume. TRANSCENDENCE will bring together big and small, commercial and research, designers and craftsmen - all idealists, who want to make an impact in manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and longevity of design.

Since its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia.

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2024 the festival will be held from 12 - 14 June.

Pack your bags, book a hotel and come to Copenhagen! 3daysofdesign is open to the general public and everyone is invited to visit the showrooms, exhibitions, workshops and design talks.
