Akuart is a Danish acoustic design brand developing sound absorbing systems for professional environments. Based on the understanding that sound shapes how space is experienced, Akuart creates modular acoustic solutions that integrate into the spatial framework, combining documented Class A performance with visual precision. Designed for offices, learning environments, care facilities and hospitality, the systems become part of the built structure. Precision–engineered aluminium frames ensure stability and scalability, while high recycled content and design for disassembly support reduced environmental impact and long service life.

Office
Barcelona–based design studio, Devon Liedtke, is a collection of objects for the here and there, thoughtfully designed and crafted in Europe. The collections span materials, from earthenware and charred wood to marble and onyx, united by a shared language of texture, tone, and form. Rooted in design and organic simplicity, the work honours the beauty of everyday rituals: a raku vase holding a single stem, a porcelain cup kept close at night, a carved bowl of salt at the table.

Modern Metier is a French design platform with a curated selection of contemporary brands and progressive designers. Working with talents from Paris to Stockholm, the platform represents a select roster of European designers, each distinguished by a singular perspective and original point of view. The name “métier,” drawn from the French word for craft, reflects the studio’s commitment to quality and enduring craftsmanship. In 2024, Modern Metier introduced its first collection of furniture and lighting named 'Solstice' in collaboration with French designer Léa Zeroil. Each piece is developed in close dialogue with the designer and local artisans specialising in woodwork, ceramics, upholstery and metalwork.

On the occasion of 3daysofdesign, Johan Borups Højskole opens the doors to its historic mansion in Copenhagen’s Cultural District, inviting visitors to explore the graduation showcase by emerging Nordic voices. This semester’s final exhibitions feature a project from Design & Ceramics—an artistic education where tradition meets contemporary culture in an open, exploratory atmosphere. ReCraft Design Studio is a Copenhagen-based practice working with reclaimed materials, including demolition waste and production offcuts, to create architectural elements and spatial interventions. Through hands-on experimentation and material research, the studio explores how existing resources can be reintroduced into contemporary design. Focusing on irregular and overlooked materials, ReCraft reveals the inherent qualities of what is already in circulation, extending its life while opening up new possibilities for use.
