NIKARI

Nikari, established in 1967, is a Finnish design studio and furniture manufacturer advocating a harmonious way of living through the use of warm, natural materials and serene Nordic aesthetics. The company’s foundation rests on the idea of bringing out the very best of wood in contemporary design.

The NIKARI exhibition presents the latest updates from 2025 alongside a selection of timeless classics. This serene collection brings together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design, featuring Finnish manufacturers Secto Design for lighting and Woodnotes for textiles and rugs. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, the Nikari exhibition offers a calm and understated sense of space. With a focus on simplicity and authenticity, it brings the atmosphere of solitude and silence from Finland to visitors from around the world.

Örsjö is founded on simple values and strong convictions, dedicated to developing and handcrafting premium lighting in its local factory with the sincere ambition of leaving the best possible mark on the planet. For this reason, craftsmanship lies at the heart of Örsjö’s work, with local artisans involved across the entire product range. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, glass blowing, and leather carving all take place either in Örsjö’s own factory or in trusted workshops within the region. Ultimately, Örsjö strives to create products designed to outlast their makers and contribute positively to the world.

Conceived as part gallery, part archive, and part marketplace, aarticles is a place to encounter crafted design through process, presence and material intelligence. It began from the belief that objects gain depth through company. New commissions and found objects enter the same catalogue, with each collection joining what came before and leaving room for what follows. The platform was formed as a way of looking closely, placing contemporary and found objects within a longer craft lineage and recognising their measured persistence across generations.
