With experience and passion in working with solid wood, ZEITRAUM stands for a modern, reduced design language and sustainable approach. Founded in 1990, it was the first German furniture manufacturer to focus on combining ecology and design. Sustainability is not a trend but a fundamental corporate philosophy. Solid hardwoods from renewable sources are processed into furniture of lasting value by combining knowledge of materials with contemporary design. No chemical treatment of the wood is used. Due to solid wood's high reparability and their products' modular construction, the repair is easy and possible at any time. In cooperation with selected designers, ZEITRAUM develops high-quality furniture for living areas and contract sectors.
ZEITRAUM showcases itself at the Odd Fellow Palace with creative material combinations and vibrant colour tones. New colours and materials complement the ZEITRAUM collection: solid wood, stone, ceramics and fabric engage in dialogue. Reduced triangular constructions frame the exhibition visually. Attention is drawn to craftsmanship and the authenticity of materials, emphasizing the aesthetic appeal of the collection in its natural simplicity. The representational arrangement of the furniture allows visitors to experience its function. ZEITRAUM is also looking forward to continuing its collaboration with designer Mathias Hahn, whose new chair collection will be presented for the first time at this year´s 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen.

Contact UsSince its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.
Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia.
Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.
3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2024 the festival will be held from 12 - 14 June.

All events are free of charge – however this his year we're using a new QR ticket system to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.
