Andersen Furniture believe in curiosity, innovation, and talent. With passion, they design contract furniture with functionality and character with a clean and modern expression. Andersen Furniture design multifunctional and flexible meeting tables and elegant chairs, which do not only provide a comfortable sitting experience, but also contributes to good acoustics. Andersen Furniture seek to create unique designs with focus on a long-life circle and develop and produce contract furniture in close collaboration with talented architects and designers - together they challenge form, materials and functions. Their vision is to keep doing what they do today, even better perhaps, but with the same degree of commitment and honesty.

Andersen Furniture invites you to the iconic Phoenix Copenhagen Hotel during 3daysofdesign to experience their newest designs and explore their approach to contemporary workspaces. The exhibition showcases sustainable solutions, modular and functional furniture, and inspiring perspectives on Scandinavian contract furniture. It is the perfect opportunity for architects, interior designers, contractors, and private builders looking to create value in their projects to explore Andersen Furniture's consistent and uncompromising quality across all series.

For artist Jane Ostermann-Petersen, sustainability and simple living are not buzzwords, but a radical design methodology. Now a landmark at Refshaleøen, her modular wood-clad housing structures KOLONIEN are in fact constructed as transitional shelters, developed for flexible small-scale living with a carbon-neutral footprint. With an added series of bespoke furniture and fittings – a sink and pendant light series crafted from scrap plywood using traditional charring techniques, as well as stools, tables and firepits – Jane expands her concept for sustainable living into a ‘total design’. The unique products share a rugged yet refined aesthetic; an eco-punk take on the Nordic design tradition.
