A Circular Design Studio is a fusion of aesthetics and sustainability. It’s an untraditional carpentry shop that creates interiors, installations and works of art in 100% recycled plastic, collected from households, nature and companies in Denmark. With the goal of changing the way we perceive plastic, the highest priority at A Circular Design Studio is quality. Based on strong craftsmanship traditions, they have developed a new technique that gives the clearest colors and the highest quality in their unique products. This ensures that the products can live on for many years with many different owners or recycled into new products, making sustainability the soul of the company.

The exhibition of A Circular Design Studio will take place at Refshaleøen in a greenhouse, meant to inspire and challenge our use of and view on plastic and how we can utilize it for good. By showcasing elements of high quality craftsmanship made from 100% recycled plastic, the exhibition will show the possibilities of recycling plastic into products associated with high end brands and dissociating it with trash and single use products. With elements displaying different processing techniques playing with light, geometry, dimensions and social criticism the visitors will be inspired to look at the use of plastic more positively and challenged to think about their own use of it.

At a time when there is huge international focus on the most famous Danish furniture architects, Selected BySecher would like to present some of the lesser known, but very talented Danish furniture architects and designers. In 2023 their focus is on the stunning furniture pieces by architect Michael Bloch and lamps designed by Per Sax Møller. The company is a part of Secher Fine Art & Design, a specialist in Scandinavian Vintage midcentury furniture, design and Fine Art, since 2002.

Kristina Dam Studio define sculptural minimalism by merging the artist's meticulous attention to detail with the architect's vision and spatial understanding. Respect for nature's materials is integral to every piece, their passion for diligent craftsmanship is evident in every item, and each design is more than just interior objects. They add a statement to any room.

In 2023 Kristina Dam Studio continues the exploration of the interactions between positive and negative spaces; new artworks are designed to complete contemporary spaces, and functional objects acclaim Sculptural Minimalism.
