Since its founding in 1747, the high art of porcelain production has been cultivated at the manufactory of the Bavarian royal family. Manufactum still means the same today: made entirely by hand, using techniques that have been passed down and preserved from generation to generation.

AYTM is a Danish design brand founded in Aarhus in 2015, where Scandinavian clarity meets expressive form. ØDELAND is a material and design project that transforms overlooked waste streams into new aesthetic possibilities. Based on high–fired ceramic landfill waste such as discarded toilets and sinks, ØDELAND works to rethink value, resources, and material cycles. Using sanitary waste, granite dust from quarrying, and pharmaceutical glass, ØDELAND is developing new ceramic expressions in which waste becomes identity, form, and narrative.
