Driven by a passion for architect-designed furniture, MAKE nordic remains unwavering in its commitment to a greener future. Emerging as a relatively new player in the furniture market, MAKE nordic has quickly made its imprint with its original principles and business model. Since 2017, MAKE nordic, under the leadership of founder Line Olesen, has been producing durable, high-quality and certificed furniture inspired by Nordic design trends, as the name suggests. The collection is exclusively available at MAKE’s own online store and showrooms.

With background in design and roots in an old curtain family, &Drape represents a contemporary and curated aesthetic approach to made-to-measure curtains. For the first time, inter.agcy and 3daysofdesign present GROUPED—a new curated showroom concept and exhibition in the latest Design District, Islands Brygge. Working with varying intentions and practices, this selected group of designers are united through their keen attention to detail, rigorous design processes, and a shared interest in materiality. GROUPED takes place in a vibrant courtyard with a rich, industrial history. Hidden in a elegantly renovated space, the juxtaposition between rough exteriors and refined interiors gives way to an engaging and memorable experience.

Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.

JAPAN FORM is a Stockholm–based curatorial platform presenting contemporary Japanese craftsmanship in Europe. Porcelain lighting artist Hirotaka Tobimatsu creates sculptural pieces that reinterpret early 20th–century opal glass lighting through porcelain. Hand–cast and meticulously finished, each work emits a soft, diffused glow, bringing a quiet yet distinctive architectural presence to a space. JAPAN FORM is the exclusive European representative of his work.
