Driven by a passion for architect-designed furniture, MAKE nordic remains unwavering in its commitment to a greener future. Emerging as a relatively new player in the furniture market, MAKE nordic has quickly made its imprint with its original principles and business model. Since 2017, MAKE nordic, under the leadership of founder Line Olesen, has been producing durable, high-quality and certificed furniture inspired by Nordic design trends, as the name suggests. The collection is exclusively available at MAKE’s own online store and showrooms.

From the beginning, the goal of the company has been to challenge traditional approaches to design to make a collection full of bold and playful products. Each bringing an instant attraction and passion that’s hard to explain but easy to feel. Focusing on functional design and high quality materials, Gejst takes a normal product, looks at the need to be fulfilled, then strips it down to come up with something thrilling. Vlad Oganov Objects is a contemporary lighting studio based in Warsaw, creating sculptural lamps through digital fabrication and small–series production. The brand explores 3D printing as a design and making tool to achieve a timeless aesthetic, tactile surfaces, and softly diffused light. Influenced by Bauhaus clarity and Italian design of the 1970s, each lamp is conceived as a complete object—visually engaging both when illuminated and when at rest. Designed as integral elements of an interior, the objects shape atmosphere through warmth, proportion, and calm presence, combining modern technology with a craft–driven approach to lighting.

Founded in Denmark, Opinord operates as a collaborative design house focused on creating furniture for retailers around the world. They work closely with their partners throughout the development process. Each collection is shaped by dialogue, commercial understanding, and a shared ambition to create furniture that is relevant, durable, and thoughtfully constructed. Opinord limits overproduction and extend product lifespan through material choice and construction quality.

Sausset Leou is an architecture studio born from the affinity of its founders, grounded in a poetic, vernacular, and radical approach to spatial design. During their architectural studies at ENSA Paris Val de Seine, Kim and Rémy worked together on alternative design projects through shared studio workshops. Sausset Leou asserts a rigorous sensibility and a precise sense of poetry. Their approach combines formal rigour with narrative freedom, rejecting hierarchies between building typologies. Each project is conceived as a sensitive reinterpretation of the history of places and people. The aim is to make beauty accessible to everyone, without distinction.

Artisan is internationally recognised for its refined approach to furniture design and exceptional craftsmanship. Handcrafted from seven species of solid wood, each piece is produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina within a technologically advanced manufacturing facility surrounded by dense forest—a space that evolved from a traditional woodworking workshop with more than 60 years of history. Spanning seating, tables, sideboards, beds, and lighting, Artisan’s collections are defined by a deep respect for material, form, and the handmade process. At the core of the brand is a commitment to preserving the natural character of wood, ensuring each piece retains the warmth, authenticity, and integrity of the material from which it originates.

For this year’s 3daysofdesign, House of Finn Juhl collaborates with Edition Copenhagen, one of the leading lithographic workshops in the world. The collaboration is rooted in a workshop theme, based on a shared respect for traditional craftsmanship and the preservation of specialised skills. As the custodian of Finn Juhl’s legacy, House of Finn Juhl works to maintain and communicate the principles that defined his approach: a close relationship between design, making, and material understanding. Balancing artistic vision with functional form, the presentation reflects Finn Juhl’s continued relevance across generations.
