Founded with a profound purpose, MAKE nordic is a furniture brand dedicated to creating responsible design handmade in the EU. Driven by a passion for architect-designed furniture, MAKE nordic remains unwavering in its commitment to a greener future. Emerging as a relatively new player in the furniture market, MAKE nordic has quickly made its imprint with its original principles and business model. Since 2017, MAKE nordic, under the leadership of founder Line Olesen, has been producing durable, high-quality and certificed furniture inspired by Nordic design trends, as the name suggests. The collection is exclusively available at MAKE’s own online store and showrooms.

Slow Extraction / Dimora Circolare / Wasted / La Mesure. Marco Evaristti is an artist and architect trained in the studio of Professor Henning Larsen. His work operates between art, architecture, and design, examining responsibility and the systems shaping contemporary life. During 3daysofdesign, he presents Slow Extraction at the Odd Fellow Palace. The installation treats furniture as spatial structure—circular forms and cubes creating rhythm and small–scale architecture. Crafted in FSC–certified wood and plant–based textiles, materials remain visible. La Mesure extends the project, focusing on the body as measure and proposing furniture as lived architecture.

At Lund University School of Industrial Design, education is grounded in curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world engagement. Students question, test, and refine, engaging with people and contexts, bringing together diverse perspectives. The school fosters a new generation of designers who create with intent and awareness. There is something really nice about getting up close—to the furniture, the makers, the production process. A. Petersen creates furniture with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and respect for professional expertise. Theor products are designed, developed and produced in Denmark. Furniture from A. Petersen is crafted with the intention to renew the Danish design tradition and carry it into the 21st century. Not in a grand or rapid way—for the sake of scale or tempo—but in a measured, serious way, for the sake of current time as well as posterity, because furniture should last a lifetime, and hopefully even longer. A good piece of furniture only becomes more beautiful through time and use, as lived life leaves its mark on the materials.

Cumellas designs and produces contemporary handmade rugs. Based in Barcelona since 1992, its work reflects a deep understanding of craftsmanship and a distinctive approach to design. Natural materials, colour and texture are at the core of the brand’s DNA, shaping rugs that respect both the origin of the materials and the social context in which they are made, while emphasising craftsmanship. Alongside its own collections, Cumellas collaborates with artists and designers, bringing new perspectives and expanding the language of rugs into more experimental and expressive territories.
