In 2009 two designers, sharing a neo-modernist vision of functional, elegant design, decided to break free of PR-driven product strategies to create a furniture company focusing on the interplay between object and context. In order to realise their vision, they assumed control of the entire production chain – manufacturing, sales and marketing. This pioneering approach has paid off handsomely, not only in design clarity, but also in distinguished awards, renowned clients and representation in the permanent collection of the Swedish National Museum of Arts.

Massproductions welcomes you to immerse yourself in 1990s video culture with their TV sofa themed presentation of the new PATCH SOFA SYSTEM. Enjoy a VHS based installation whilst lounging in the comfort of PATCH in one of its many configurations.

valerie_objects is a belgian high–end design label initiated by Axel Van Den Bossche, CEO of renowned design company Serax, and Veerle Wenes, owner of the iconic design and art gallery Valerie Traan. The mission consists of allowing extraordinary designers and artists to translate their signature style into tangible objects, in order to reinstall an aesthetic meaning to the tools and everyday objects. In collaboration with Copenhagen Design Hotels, the original Kay Fisker building from 1943 has been carefully restored, preserving original details, and blending them with &Tradition's contemporary and classic pieces. A home away from home to dine, drink and stay, Petra warmly welcomes seasoned design lovers, friends, and curious newcomers to discover the charm and distinctive personality of Petra.

Tools for Everyday Life is a project showcasing the community of practice surrounding the BA Furniture and Product Design programme at Northumbria University. This community has evolved through a dialogical approach to teaching and learning, where academic and technical staff act as facilitators in an ongoing process of shared inquiry with students. The project sets design briefs to create everyday objects that bring joy in use, proposing artefacts that recognise and celebrate the innumerable skilled actions that shape daily life. The aim is to draw inspiration from materials and processes that not only define the objects people interact with but also shape the relationship with the surrounding environment.

Inside Norway is a joint exhibition curated by the Norwegian Design Industry, a prominent association representing furniture and interior design. At 3daysofdesign 2025, the exhibition will showcase eleven leading Norwegian brands at FRAMING, in the heart of the city. The Inside Norway exhibition will highlight the best of Norwegian design, featuring renowned producers such as Varier, Fjordfiesta, LK Hjelle, Lundhs Real Stone, Eikund, Northern, Ekornes, Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik, Formfin, Hadeland Glassverk, and Jensen Beds. This will be a unique opportunity to experience the innovation and craftsmanship of Norwegian design.
