Founded in Merano, Italy, in 1962, Flos has long been recognised as a company of excellence, creating innovative and poetic forms of light that surprise and inspire. With an exceptionally rich legacy of timeless icons, the brand is renowned for its ability to combine design and technology with art and culture to powerful effect. Today, operating through four divisions in close synergy—Decorative, Architectural, Outdoor, and Bespoke—Flos continues to honour and carry forward its extraordinary heritage while pursuing the unexpected. The brand manufactures high–end designer lighting and innovative solutions for every living environment, both indoors and outdoors.
At the Martin Asbæk Gallery, in the centre of Copenhagen, Flos will present the newest collections of decorative lamps—as recently previewed at Milan Design Week—designed by Michael Anastassiades, Erwan Bouroullec, Ronan Bouroullec, Konstantin Grcic and Tobia Scarpa. The exhibition will give centre stage to the products and to what lies behind them: the thought, imagination, fragility, and strength of the creative process. In its permanent Showroom at Kuglegårdsvej 15, which will also open to public during 3daysofdesign, Flos will debut The Glowing Track, a stunning modular lighting system designed by Flos Architectural.
