LOUISE ROE, the Danish designer, has shaped her eponymous brand with a strong artistic vision and a deep appreciation for European craftsmanship. Her designs, rooted in minimalism yet infused with an avant–garde sensibility, emphasise sculptural forms and the inherent character of natural materials. Through artisanal techniques, she creates objects and furniture that are both timeless and enduring. In 2018, she opened LOUISE ROE GALLERY in the heart of Copenhagen. Arthur Rottier is a designer and product developer based in Arnhem, the Netherlands. His practice moves between commissioned work and self–initiated projects, driven by an interest in how objects can be conceived and produced locally using contemporary means. The work is defined by advanced, computer–controlled engineering and production methods, careful finishing, and a restrained approach to form. Durability is central: materials are chosen for wear resistance, constructions are clear and legible, and connections are simple. Affordability is considered part of the design challenge. At the core of the practice lies the belief that beauty is essential to sustainability. Objects that are valued are cared for, and what is cared for lasts.

Botané is building a new category at the intersection of interior design, sustainability and modern aesthetics. Created to bring botanical design into everyday spaces, Botané offers a lasting alternative to perishability, designed to remain rather than disappear. Approached as an interior discipline, botanical design is treated with the same intention as furniture, objects and architectural elements. Each composition is shaped through proportion, texture and spatial balance, becoming part of how a space is experienced rather than something that fades from it. More than decoration, botanical design shapes atmosphere; calm, coherent and enduring.

Postbyen, Copenhagen’s new urban district, is hosting events and exhibitions during 3daysofdesign. Once the hub of Denmark’s postal system, this historic site was transformed by Danica Ejendomme from an industrial area into a vibrant neighbourhood blending bold architecture with historical buildings. During 3daysofdesign, Postbyen will mark its official opening with a variety of events, including Jeppe Hein’s water sculpture, “Something between us.” Visitors are invited to engage with the artwork and each other, embodying Postbyen’s vision of a welcoming space for all. As the sun sets over the railways, Postbyen is where people come together to share everyday moments and connect in simple, meaningful ways.

Inspired by a literary journey to Malaysia and the enduring presence of the Hévéa tree (rubber tree), the brand transforms a shared history into contemporary design.
