Discover Johanna Gullichsen’s distinctive textiles, where tradition meets modern design. Since 1989, Johanna Gullichsen has created durable, sustainable textiles that blend modern style and traditional weaving. The Normandie collection, made entirely in Finland, highlights local craftsmanship and responsible production. The Project collection, woven in Spain, is designed for demanding public spaces. Choose from fabrics by the meter, ready–made pieces, or custom items to bring Nordic design to any space.

Finnish design brands Durat, Finarte and Johanna Gullichsen have built an imaginative world of games and recreation to touch, play and discover the bliss of design. ”Don't forget to play!” said Finnish architect Alvar Aalto. Throughout history, Finnish design has been driven by bold experimentation and testing. This open and curious way of approaching and examining life has led to unique and practical solutions that have also been key to Finland's well–being, making it the happiest country in the world. Play creates space for curiosity, mistakes, and surprises. In Playroom, materials from textiles to furniture become a medium for artistic exploration. Playroom is supported by Finnish Design Info and Helsinki Partners.

Anno Studio was founded in 2021 with the vision of relaunching older design classics in a sustainable and updated design. The idea came from a desire to relaunch the iconic furniture Series 600 by Friis & Moltke Architects, which was initially known for schools, conference rooms, and canteens. The close combination of beautiful design and sustainability is the foundation of Anno Studio. Every part of the production focuses on sustainability. They recycle and upcycle materials without compromising on quality. All materials have been carefully considered with a focus on the circular economy. Anno Studio only uses FSC–certified wood; they use residual wood when possible.

A fireplace is often the centrepiece of a room and Eldvarm was founded on the belief that the objects alongside it should be beautiful enough to deserve that position. Eldvarm is a Scandinavian brand built on the idea that beauty is not surface, it is what makes something worth keeping. Every piece is made to do its job well and to stay beautiful doing it, year after year. What started with fireplace accessories has grown into a wider collection for the rituals of gathering around a flame.

Studio Kajsa Willner creates bespoke design with a narrative and a strong focus on materiality. Through artistic research, low–tech craftsmanship, and conceptual thinking, the studio develops objects, sculptures, materials, and spatial installations, often using waste or secondary materials as a starting point. The work centres around the relationship between people, animals, nature, and resources. By researching historical materials, crafts, and production methods from a time when humans lived in closer symbiosis with nature, Willner seeks to explore empathic ways to relate to contemporary consumption and production.

Objects May Vary is an cross–disciplinary collaborative exhibition platform dedicated to experimental design . It invites independent and emerging designers to respond to a single object typology, using it as a starting point rather than a fixed brief. The platform is founded on the belief that typologies are not limitations but generative frameworks: recurring forms that, when questioned, open space for new ideas, materials, and approaches.

Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland. Dýpi was nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2025 for its product that is exceptionally breathable, environmentally friendly, plastic–free, and an innovative use of abundant natural materials.
