New Works
New Works presents a collection at the intersection between old and new. Light and dark. Design and art. The collection pays homage to the strong Scandinavian history of craftsmanship and materiality, whilst challenging the contemporary forms of today. New Works collaborate with an international group of renowned designers and artisans, who display a matching fascination with sculptural forms and honest materials. These collaborative pursuits convey a love of the sensual, and of the bold.
For 3daysofdesign 2026, New Works presents Meditations in an Emergency – an exhibition exploring the tension between external noise and inner stillness. In a society defined by acceleration, distraction and visual overload, the exhibition considers what it means to make space for attention through a sequence of carefully composed interiors, shaped by atmosphere, rhythm and composition. Each room introduces a distinct character, inviting visitors not only to look, but to spend time and experience how objects, materials and light can sharpen perception and create moments of reflection, focus and presence.
