The French Embassy in Denmark is located in the Thott Palace, a remarkable 17th century historical building on Kongens Nytorv, in the heart of Copenhagen. The palace has housed the embassy for a century, and has since its origins been a symbol of the strong ties between France and Denmark. All year round, the Embassy opens its doors to the public on the occasion of various cultural events and has showcased French designers as part of 3daysofdesign every year since the festival began. Institut français is the French cultural center in Denmark, and also functions as the French Embassy's cultural department. The institute's mission is to promote French culture, language and research to the Danish public.

During 3daysofdesign, the French Embassy in Denmark, LE FRENCH DESIGN and the Mobilier National are proud to present the exhibition “RÉSURGENCES” in the historical reception rooms of the Thott Palace. After being successfully presented in Paris, this exhibition brings to the festival's audience a curated selection of iconic pieces by the great masters of 20th–century French design, faithfully reissued by leading contemporary houses. Among the highlights are five major prototypes developed within the Atelier de Recherche et de Création (ARC) of the Mobilier National. It celebrates unparalleled craftsmanship and highlight the legacy and contemporary innovation of French design on the global stage. Book a spot at: bit.ly/4nwCdr0

What began over 20 years ago as a spontaneous experiment in Tom Rossau’s Copenhagen workshop has evolved into a distinctive design philosophy. While shaping wooden slats into a cylindrical form, Tom discovered the expressive potential of light, material, and form, and a new chapter in Danish lighting design was born. Today, the collection has grown to include a wide range of materials and styles, yet the brand remains rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and sculptural design. Each lamp is still meticulously designed and handcrafted in Copenhagen, with a strong focus on quality and responsible production, bringing Danish design to interiors around the world.

Its biophilic furniture combines sculptural clarity with functional purpose, connecting memory, material and modern living. Each collection reflects a quiet awareness of time, change and nature’s resilience. Anno Studio was founded in 2021 with the vision of relaunching older design classics in a sustainable and updated design. The idea came from a desire to relaunch the iconic furniture Series 600 by Friis & Moltke Architects, which was initially known for schools, conference rooms, and canteens. The close combination of beautiful design and sustainability is the foundation of Anno Studio. Every part of the production focuses on sustainability. They recycle and upcycle materials without compromising on quality. All materials have been carefully considered with a focus on the circular economy. Anno Studio only uses FSC–certified wood; they use residual wood when possible.
