Ark Journal is an independent print magazine, capturing the essence of the Scandinavian lifestyle and design values. It is a curated magazine, rooted in a passion for art, design, architecture, and culture. Ark Journal believe that by investigating the interplay of these fields they show their interrelated and combined power. Made in collaboration with international writers, renowned photographers and stylists, creating original photography and exceptional visuals, it is a journal of inspiration and a source book. Ark Journal is the cornerstone of an international platform, encompassing editorial collaborations, a digital gallery, an online shop, design exhibitions and global events.

Design / Dialogue by Ark Journal is a new exhibition concept leading the way for the future of design, craftsmanship, and creative collaborations. For the first time during 3daysofdesign, Ark Journal brings together 20 international design brands and artists from all corners of the world. Curated by the team behind Ark Journal, the focus of this exhibition is to promote high-quality design and to show new products in an inspiring and relevant way. Nychair X is a folding lounge chair designed in 1970 by Takeshi Nii, continuously made in Japan. The simple yet elegant design, combined with comfort, versatility, and repairability, made Nychair X a chair loved by generations. Thanks to its light weight and foldability, it can be easily moved between rooms and does not take much space when folded, making it a great companion for contemporary multifunctional living spaces. By collaborating with fabric designers or brands like Carhartt WIP, Nychair X reaches out to new audiences while cherishing its original principles. Maintenance can be performed at home, and different parts can be replaced, so the chair can be enjoyed for many years. Awarded with Long Life Design and Good Design awards.

Teixidors: when weaving is also caring. In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors weaves unique pieces of cashmere and merino wool on 19th century wooden looms. Founded in 1983, it combines excellent craftsmanship with a deep social work, in collaboration with LaFact (Factoria Social de Terrassa). Each blanket, scarf or shawl is born from the slow gesture, the care, the commitment to the craft. Peach Corner is an artist–run exhibition space for artistic materialisations in clay. Peach Corner present the ceramic discipline across craft, design and visual art expressions in what is, obviously, a fairly fluid field. In the permanent exhibition space, Peach Corner organises seven exhibitions a year. During 3daysofdesign, Peach Corner will stage a special exhibition that presents functional ceramics: objects that play a part in acts and utilitarian contexts. Peach Corner wishes to showcase good ceramic ideas, sensuous shapes and clay transformed into form and design with a distinct character and contemporary relevance.
