out—sider develops inspiring and functional urban furniture that invites people of all ages to spend time outdoors. Life between buildings should be experienced and enjoyed in meeting places, activity zones, and places to pause that encourage community, movement, and stay. Founded in 2007, the company has since challenged the status quo with creative and curious design. With strong roots in the Scandinavian design tradition, out—sider combines aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability to create urban solutions. Inspiration is drawn from the pulse of the city, where form, colours, and materials are reimagined to shape urban spaces. out—sider proudly develops urban furniture that excites, enriches, and leaves a positive mark.

wa/ter was founded in response to the excessive waste in interior design, where projects are rapidly planned, demolished over time, and never passed down. This led to the fundamental question: “Have we, as designers, failed to create designs with lasting value?” Through design, wa/ter uncovers new meaning and circulation in materials once shaped by human hands but left without purpose.

In the heart of District Nordhavn, stands Nordhus — an architectural gem and vibrant hub of community and creativity. Nordhus is home to 30 young cultural creators, offering not just housing, but also a platform for music, gastronomy and events as they transition into adulthood. Open six days a week, Nordhus hosts communal dinners, talks, concerts, quiz nights, and family activities. Everyone is welcome to join the community and experience its dynamic cultural scene. At its core is the main room with nearly 6–meter–high ceilings, blending sustainable materials and design to create an inviting, eco–friendly atmosphere.
