Founded in 1874, the Danish lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen creates products that encompass the duality of design and light. Every detail in the design has a purpose. Oxdenmarq was founded in 2003. The goal was to produce reasonably priced furniture from exclusive materials like vegetable tanned saddle leather. Making affordable furniture is a core value OX still pursue in everything they do. Before finishing the design studies at the Copenhagen Design University, Dennis Marquart completed a Blacksmith education. Craftsmanship is a key for OX in everything they do. Many OX products are shaped around marble or vegetable tanned saddle leather. Stone and leather are materials that will and should get marks over time but they will also age with a very special beauty. When you learn to appreciate the beauty of maturity and of time passing, you have learned to appreciate patina the way it should be: appreciated.

Edin and Lina Kjellvertz launched Dusty Deco as a platform for curating vintage furniture, interior accessories and art. After having traveled the world and browsing flea markets for the most unique pieces, their home and storages quickly filled up to the brim with rare designs. Ten years later, Edin and Lina began drafting a new chapter in the brand’s history when closing the doors to its vintage business, instead launching their own collection of furniture, rugs and details. Today Dusty Deco is a contemporary design brand, creating pieces with just as much storytelling, originality and passion for craftsmanship as the vintage finds that originally inspired the couple to start their company.
