HOUE

HOUE is a Danish design house established in 2007 and rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition. HOUE creates outdoor furniture that combines comfort, durability, and a calm visual expression. Each design is developed with careful attention to materials, proportion, and function, balancing aesthetics with everyday usability. With a strong commitment to responsible production, HOUE integrates recycled materials and thoughtful solutions to create long–lasting products made for real outdoor living—designed to be used, enjoyed, and built to last.

During 3daysofdesign, HOUE opens the doors to its showroom in District Nordhavn. The space is set to transform into outdoor living spaces and new products will be launched.

ReCraft Design Studio is a Copenhagen-based practice working with reclaimed materials, including demolition waste and production offcuts, to create architectural elements and spatial interventions. Through hands-on experimentation and material research, the studio explores how existing resources can be reintroduced into contemporary design. Focusing on irregular and overlooked materials, ReCraft reveals the inherent qualities of what is already in circulation, extending its life while opening up new possibilities for use. Rather than concealing a materials history, the studio embraces it, allowing surfaces and traces of previous lives to inform new architectural applications.

It invites independent and emerging designers to respond to a single object typology, using it as a starting point rather than a fixed brief. The platform is founded on the belief that typologies are not limitations but generative frameworks: recurring forms that, when questioned, open space for new ideas, materials, and approaches.

Blå Station is a family business based in a former sewing factory in Åhus, on the south–east coast of Sweden, where the ocean is as restless as the brand itself. Their focus lies on the interiors that surround us—how they are built, how they function, and how people interact within public spaces. Questions about changing social behaviours and evolving demands continually inspire new ways of thinking. Anna von Lipa unites Danish design with centuries–old Czech glassmaking traditions. Founded by Danish designer Jytte Correll after discovering Bohemian glass artistry in Prague in 1990, the brand creates handblown glassware designed to bring beauty into everyday life. Pitchers, wine glasses, bowls and vases combine Scandinavian simplicity with Czech craftsmanship, balancing elegance, durability and vibrant colour. Each lead–free piece is handcrafted in Bohemia, celebrating light, texture and artistry while transforming everyday rituals into artful experiences. 2050 Furniture is a gentle rebellion for nature, people, and the future. Today’s conventional furniture industry is resource–intensive and highly centralised. Valuable local resources—such as wood waste—remain underutilised, while many people are excluded from the workforce. 2050 Furniture is created to question and even change this system. This new furniture production transforms local wood waste into high–end furniture through cooperative, local production that fosters inclusive and meaningful employment. 2050 Furniture scales through new furniture series developed in new communities, expanding a local, circular, and regenerative model of production. 2050 Furniture is Doughnut economics in practice.
