HOUE is a Danish design house established in 2007 and rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition. HOUE creates outdoor furniture that combines comfort, durability, and a calm visual expression. Each design is developed with careful attention to materials, proportion, and function, balancing aesthetics with everyday usability. With a strong commitment to responsible production, HOUE integrates recycled materials and thoughtful solutions to create long–lasting products made for real outdoor living—designed to be used, enjoyed, and built to last.

During 3daysofdesign, HOUE opens the doors to its showroom in District Nordhavn. The space is set to transform into outdoor living spaces and new products will be launched.

Postbyen, Copenhagen’s new urban district, is hosting events and exhibitions during 3daysofdesign. Once the hub of Denmark’s postal system, this historic site was transformed by Danica Ejendomme from an industrial area into a vibrant neighbourhood blending bold architecture with historical buildings. During 3daysofdesign, Postbyen will mark its official opening with a variety of events, including Jeppe Hein’s water sculpture, “Something between us.” Visitors are invited to engage with the artwork and each other, embodying Postbyen’s vision of a welcoming space for all. As the sun sets over the railways, Postbyen is where people come together to share everyday moments and connect in simple, meaningful ways.

Tōseibo is a Copenhagen–based ceramic studio that specialises in handcrafted tea and coffee ware, flower and incense vessels. All the ceramic works are designed to facilitate beauty in daily rituals through practical functionality. Behind the studio is Longfei Tōsei Wang, a Chinese–born Danish multi–artist. Shaped by years of experience in classical music and visual storytelling, his work bridges East Asian traditions and Scandinavian aesthetics. Through ceramics, he continues to expand into the worlds of art, product design, and architectural expression.

PBJ Designhouse was founded in 1968 and has been Danish–owned ever since. PBJ is known for making modern home furniture inspired by classic Danish design and they now also expands into commercial interiors. Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.
