During their architectural studies at ENSA Paris Val de Seine, Kim and Rémy worked together on alternative design projects through shared studio workshops. Established in 2025, FIRPON's first endeavour is to bring the light back to the somewhat mythical Filosof Lamp, created by the notorious architect Lars-Erik Ejlers (1948–2024). Lars-Erik Ejlers carried the lamp with him wherever he went, from the bar at Hotel D’Angleterre to Holstein Bodega, turning Copenhagen’s nightlife into his personal showroom. To own a Filosof Lamp was to own a piece of a story, as it was often purchased directly from him during a late-night visit to a city bar, making it both rare and iconic. FRIPON now carries his vision forward, bringing the Filosof Lamp back to shine in modern spaces.
