Manufacturing by order, Kjellerup Væveri has been producing upholstery fabrics, curtain textiles, and interior textiles in Kjellerup, Denmark, for an international market since 1950. The quality of Kjellerup Væveri textiles is solid and recognised by its Nordic palette of colours and patterns, developed over decades. The mill’s designs are rooted in the company’s long tradition of minimalist, functional, and unmistakably mid–century textiles. Kjellerup Væveri is built on deep knowledge of what materials, people, and machines can achieve together. Everyone involved shares a profound curiosity for both process and product—driven by craftsmanship and a strong professional pride.

Kjellerup Væveri is the last textile mill in Denmark, and believes that local manufacturing — from design and product development to full-scale production — is a key pillar in preserving Danish cultural craft heritage. The mill’s foremost purpose is to contribute to the success of furniture manufacturers, upholsterers, interior designers, and architects. Dedication to craftsmanship ensures that each product can endure — not only functionally and in quality, but also aesthetically. At 3daysofdesign 2025, Kjellerup Væveri will present its full craft, signature, and weaving traditions, expressed through a curated display of upholstery fabrics, curtains, cushions, and throws.

Founded in 1990, it was the first German furniture manufacturer to focus on combining ecology and design. Sustainability is not a trend but a fundamental corporate philosophy. Solid hardwoods from renewable sources are processed into furniture of lasting value by combining knowledge of materials with contemporary design. No chemical treatment of the wood is used. Due to solid wood's high reparability and their products' modular construction, the repair is easy and possible at any time. In cooperation with selected designers, ZEITRAUM develops high–quality furniture for living areas and contract sectors.
