DCWéditions creates lighting objects that are thoughtfully conceived, well designed and well made. Whether they are re–editions of classics like La Lampe Gras or new contemporary designs, the pieces are rooted in the past, live in the present with a deep understanding of the future. They bring people together, making any space feel like home. Even a hotel corridor. Companions for living well, they’re meant to endure over time and be passed down from generation to generation. Because edition is, above all, a human affair. For those who love to touch the light, welcome home.

During 3daysofdesign, DCWéditions opens the doors of their new showroom, in Copenhagen. The team is thrilled to welcome you and present new lighting objects!

EETAL is a project launched in 2021 by Japan Benex Corporation, a company specialising in precision sheet metal processing technology. Through collaborations with designers, it reconsiders the creative potential of sheet metal from multiple perspectives. Embracing an experimental approach, the project challenges conventional notions of industrial production and explores new dialogues between sheet metal and design. The name "EETAL" originates from "SHEET METAL." It combines "EET" from "SHEET" and "TAL" from "METAL," forming a coined term that symbolises the new form of sheet metal they strive to create.

Sophisticated since 1908. Every detail counts and has a great impact on the overall appearance of an eggersmann: every joint, every miter, every screw. With this obsession for detail, eggersmann creates distinctive one-of-a-kind kitchens. Since 1908, the company represents both reliability and the mindset of the people behind the brand. With expertise and experience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship, exceptional systems have been developed ever since. It's not about perfection, it's about authenticity and dedication, about genuineness and honesty. The company listens, observes, and thinks ahead. Out of conviction and consistency, not just as a matter of principle. Now in the fifth generation of the Eggersmann family.

Formosus Home was born from a desire to bridge the traditions of Eastern craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics. The brand’s mission is to revive Taiwan’s endangered woodworking heritage, merge it with modern design, and share exceptional furniture with the world. Based in Amsterdam, Formosus Home places these masterful skills on a global stage, creating a dialogue between Eastern heritage and Western design sensibilities. Its furniture is designed to reveal its character quietly over time rather than demand attention. By prioritising solid wood and natural materials, each piece is inherently repairable, making recycling a distant last resort.

The world needs change—more sustainability, stronger communities, and a better life for all. That’s why design isn’t just about creating something new; it’s also about improving what already is there, making it more beautiful, functional, playful, and appealing. It’s about listening to people’s needs and involving them in creating future solutions. At Kolding School of Design, creative people from all over the world come together to do just that—through craftsmanship, artistic expression, and research. The teaching is based on practical experience, the latest knowledge, and close collaboration with the outside world.
