Founded in 2011, cc—tapis is a contemporary rug company based in Milan, focused on an imaginative approach, bespoke attitude and an international collaborative ethos. cc—tapis’ rugs are designed in partnership with forward–thinking creatives, applying ancient techniques, modern technologies, high–quality materials and sustainable processes to constantly push the limits of what is considered possible in the realms of residential and contract rug–making.

cc—tapis participates at 3daysofdesign with Ark Journal, presenting for the first time the entire new collection Monograph by Belgian designer Destroyers / Builders.

David Trubridge is an internationally renowned lighting designer who is resolute in his mission to create sustainably produced products with a natural and organic aesthetic. Trubridge believes that the combination of these two principles directly affects the product’s sustainability, maintaining that consumers are less likely to discard products that are beautiful. His work came to prominence in 2001 when the Italian design house Cappellini bought the rights for his steambent ash recliner. The Coral light followed in 2003, establishing a blueprint for kitset products that minimised their environmental footprint. The company is proud to be B-Corp certified and hold Life Cycle Assessments and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).

Örsjö is founded on simple values and strong convictions, dedicated to developing and handcrafting premium lighting in its local factory with the sincere ambition of leaving the best possible mark on the planet. Handcrafted objects carry an intangible sense of human touch and warmth—a connection between creator and user that is often lost in industrial production. For this reason, craftsmanship lies at the heart of Örsjö’s work, with local artisans involved across the entire product range. Welding, soldering, bending, polishing, painting, assembling, glass blowing, and leather carving all take place either in Örsjö’s own factory or in trusted workshops within the region. Ultimately, Örsjö strives to create products designed to outlast their makers and contribute positively to the world.
