Cultivate - Climate x Culture, is a platform and event dedicated to exploring the intersection between design, climate and culture in order to create change in society and business, centered around the green agenda, new business models, and a sustainable future. The focus of the event is on embracing change and finding better ways to design, run businesses, and live our lives to have a positive impact on the planet. Cultivate explores how to increase public engagement in global agendas. They look at how we can work towards a broader understanding of value and bottom lines while making the world a better place for everyone globally. Initiated by Tomorrow Projects in collaboration with Industriens Fond.

Cultivate opens the doors for a range of different exhibitions, presents special editions of sustainable design, talks, films, and panel discussions. The focus of the event is on embracing change and finding better ways to design, run businesses, and live our lives to have a positive impact on the planet. Come and enjoy cultural climate movies and discuss the impact of what you have seen, hear a talk about sustainable design and the panel discussions, and be inspired. Open from June 7th from 10-18 and 8th from 10-16. Free drinks by Empirical x Cultivate, snacks by Betterbox and happy music the 7th from 17-18. The event is initiated by Tomorrow Projects & ClimateCulture in collaboration with Industriens Fond.

Koukos de Lab is a material–driven design studio based in Lesvos, Greece, exploring sustainable design through research, experimentation, and local production. The studio develops innovative materials and objects by transforming agricultural by–products into meaningful design resources. At the core of its practice is Koukoutsi, an eco–material made from the final waste of olive oil production, primarily olive cores and pips. Designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional materials, Koukoutsi combines durability, water resistance, and a distinctive tactile quality. ReCraft Design Studio is a Copenhagen-based practice working with reclaimed materials, including demolition waste and production offcuts, to create architectural elements and spatial interventions. Through hands-on experimentation and material research, the studio explores how existing resources can be reintroduced into contemporary design. Focusing on irregular and overlooked materials, ReCraft reveals the inherent qualities of what is already in circulation, extending its life while opening up new possibilities for use. Rather than concealing a materials history, the studio embraces it, allowing surfaces and traces of previous lives to inform new architectural applications.

On the occasion of 3daysofdesign, Johan Borups Højskole opens the doors to its historic mansion in Copenhagen’s Cultural District, inviting visitors to explore the graduation showcase by emerging Nordic voices. This semester’s final exhibitions feature a project from Design & Ceramics—an artistic education where tradition meets contemporary culture in an open, exploratory atmosphere. Set within the school’s historic courtyard and interiors, the showcase highlight the culmination of a semester shaped by dialogue, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Founded in 1891, Johan Borups' is a Danish ‘højskole’—a creative community based on growth, collab and reflection.
