Porcelanosa Grupo presents Mosaic Odyssey—A Journey Through Materials, Craft and Cultures, an exhibition blending Spanish culture and innovation with Danish traditional craft. Located in the iconic Nils Stærk Gallery, the exhibition unites Porcelanosa Grupo’s advanced technologies and expertise in natural materials, with the tactile, handcrafted work of acclaimed Danish wood sculptor and furniture designer, Anne Brandhøj. Visitors are invited on a curated journey through three interconnected rooms, each dedicated to explore mosaics of marble, glass, ceramics and wood come together in modern interpretations. This collaboration is a dialogue between two design cultures and a creative exchange, celebrating shared commitment to high quality.

Their approach emphasises a deep connection to everyday forms, materials, and sensory experiences, transforming them into objects that resonate with emotional and functional significance.

Run by Chinese-German designer Weng Xinyu, who received design education at Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany and started his studio in Berlin to collaborate with clients around the world. Weng seeks design inspiration by comparing cultures and re-discovering traditions. He explores human-object relationship with special emphasis on interactivity and emotion. He is also interested to use design as an expression to reflect on social problems.

In differential geometry, the Grassmann product—represented by a wedge—constructs higher–dimensional objects through the addition of existing dimensions. WEDGE channels this mathematical operation as both metaphor and method. The studio explores the space between abstraction and matter, using technologies like binder jet 3D printing, LIDAR scanning, and computational modelling to redefine how materials behave and how forms emerge. Through recursive design systems and material experimentation, Wedge builds contemporary furniture and spatial objects that encode process, perception, and precision.
