22 System is a patented innovation in the field of electrical products and accessories, conceptualised by Omer Arbel and launched in 2009. A marriage of technology and design, the system allows electrical and data devices to be seamlessly integrated into a variety of finish materials, minimising visual noise while elevating everyday necessities into considered architectural elements.
During 3daysofdesign, Bocci presents the 22 System at Le Petit Voyeur, in collaboration with India Mahdavi. The 22 System takes a minimalist approach to electrical outlets, eliminating traditional cover plates for a seamless look. The components sit flush with the surface—whether drywall, stone, or wood—blending effortlessly into the space. The Smiley edition, created by India Mahdavi, introduces a fun, vibrant fluorescent yellow accent, adding a playful twist to everyday connections. The exhibition features a reimagined armchair designed by India Mahdavi with integrated multi-sockets, transforming functional design into an interactive and engaging experience.
