ester & erik is a family-owned company that has been making high-quality candles since 1987. Since then, the logo with the heart in the middle has been ester & erik’s trademark – an icon reflecting the couple’s fondness for each other, and in particular for candles, craftsmanship and the quality behind their vision. A vision of creating warmth, joy and life through the candles which they have invented, produced and developed themselves for two generations.

The exhibition presents a refined and creative universe of handcrafted candles, combining aesthetics with sensory experience. Visitors are invited to explore a distinctive display where form, colour, and light come together in an inspiring setting. At selected times, guests can participate in candle dipping, creating their own unique pieces while discovering harmonious colour combinations tailored to modern interiors. The exhibition offers both visual inspiration and a hands–on experience, highlighting the artistry and versatility of contemporary candle design.

David Valner has a background in glass design, sculpture, fine arts, and interactive media. David has grown up in a glassmaker family, in the midst of a swarm of traditional artisans–glass lovers, feeling and watching the physical and metaphorical fire of creation. At the centre of his current approach to glass stands respect for the material as an originally free and fluid mass. Endlessly inspired by nature, he creates collections of objects in which each item is an original and defects are embraced as deeply meaningful and inspirational testimonies to artisan glass making as opposed to mass production.

Birgitte Due Madsen is a Copenhagen-based artist and designer working across furniture, objects, and sculptural form. Working with materials such as gypsum, resin, wood stone, and concrete, she develops pieces through a process that moves from abstraction to precise realization. The work spans custom commissions, serial designs, and unique pieces, often produced in close dialogue with manufacturers. Defined by tactile textures, controlled colour, and a distinct geometric language, each object reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and a considered approach to form, material, and use.

Concrete vessels and reliefs by Susanne Storm merge artistic expression, material knowledge and functional purpose. Working with a material traditionally associated with weight, Storm challenges expectations by sculpting within a brief and intense creation window. This urgency is reflected in the works, whose forms appear almost alive, retaining the movement that shaped them. Cracks, layers and surface marks remain as traces of transformation. A restrained use of colour allows each piece to stand beautifully alone or in dialogue with others, particularly in contrast to modern, austere design. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Each piece is crafted from solid recycled brass at a second–generation foundry in Florence, where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary design.
