Every 15 minutes you can board the DesignHouse Cph boat from Nyhavn directly to EST.18 venue. This event spotlights new items from their brands' latest collections that marry time–honoured craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, underlining the brands' commitment to sustainability, tradition and functional artistry.

Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland. Dýpi was nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2025 for its product that is exceptionally breathable, environmentally friendly, plastic–free, and an innovative use of abundant natural materials.

Astrid was launched in 2003, founded on Anna Boustedt’s genuine love for textiles. This passion continues to guide everything the company does. Her vision, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail have helped establish Astrid as a small but significant player. The company is based in Stockholm and has longstanding collaborations with the most skilled textile mills in Europe. Astrid offers fabrics for curtains, furniture and accessories, and although the company’s primary target market is architects and designers, and the team has extensive knowledge of dealing with public spaces, the textiles are perfectly suited to a wide variety of settings. Quality is a matter of course for Astrid, and visual appeal is absolutely vital.

Hyfer Objects is a Stockholm–based design studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression through innovative materials and cutting–edge production methods. Primarily working with waste materials, Hyfer Objects believe true innovation lies beneath the surface of what’s overlooked, discarded, or forgotten. Inspired by nature’s silent intelligence, they work radically to shift how materials and objects are valued, used, and reborn for a sustainable future. AHARE is a product brand that brings subtle richness to everyday life through scent. They see scent not merely as an element of space but as a medium that deepens experience. With a commitment to sustainability, they reinterpret Japanese craftsmanship while fostering a connection between people and nature. In parallel, Ahare Space Project explores scent as architecture itself, designing immersive experiences that shift perception. By reading the essence of a place, they create scents within an architectural context, investigating how scent can transform environments and identities. Through the intersection of product and project, AHARE creates a signature of scent within space.

What started back in 2012 as a one–man show has now, in little more than a decade, become an established European design brand: Freifrau Manufaktur. Operating from Lemgo, a small town in Westphalia, Germany, this exclusive manufacturer of seating furniture is characterised by the highest possible levels of comfort, lovingly–rendered details, and exacting quality and sustainability standards. Working with big–name designers and those at the start of their careers alike, since it was founded, Freifrau has built up a portfolio of timeless chairs, armchairs, and settees, wide–ranging and yet all with a unifying emphasis on individual comfort, total versatility, and undeniable individuality.
