Every 15 minutes you can board the DesignHouse Cph boat from Nyhavn directly to EST.18 venue. This event spotlights new items from their brands' latest collections that marry time–honoured craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, underlining the brands' commitment to sustainability, tradition and functional artistry.

In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors creates unique pieces of cashmere, wool and linen using 19th–century wooden looms. Galleri Sonja is visiting from Bornholm. Once a saddle maker’s shop from the early 1800s, Galleri Sonja is now a place where craft, culture, and community meet in the gentle rhythm of slow living. The gallery is not only a space for experiencing art, it is also a space where knowledge of craft is shared and passed on. Through exhibitions and conversations, Galleri Sonja helps preserve and expand understanding of traditional and contemporary craft. Inspired by Bornholm’s nature and light, its tactile materials resonate with works by local and international artists. During 3daysofdesign, you can visit Galleri Sonja in Kvindernes Bygning.

It all started more than 125 years ago, with two families—the Miele and Zinkann families. The engineer Carl Miele and the businessman Reinhard Zinkann founded a company for the manufacture of cream separators in Herzebrock. Their guiding principle becomes the business philosophy: Immer besser. Miele appliances, whether they are used for laundry care, vacuuming or in the kitchen, are subjected to the strictest stress and endurance tests before they are launched on the market. Miele design represents innovation, value and timeless elegance. It shapes the relationship between the person and the product, meets expectations, facilitates handling and creates trust.

Ariake is a Japanese furniture brand founded by Legnatec and Hirata Chair, two manufacturers from Morodomi, Saga Prefecture, each with over four decades of craft heritage. The brand takes its name from the Ariake Sea; "ariake" also means daybreak, marking a new chapter for its founding makers. Developed under the creative direction of Gabriel Tan, the collection brings together Morodomi's craftsmen and an international roster of designers, with the aim of creating new Japanese design icons. Each piece balances delicacy with structural precision, combining hand and machine production in equal measure.
