BAUX was founded with the belief that building materials should be sustainable, surprisingly functional and remarkably beautiful. BAUX designs, produces, and markets beautiful acoustic materials and products that meet the contemporary expectations of modern architects and engineers without compromising tomorrow’s safety and environmental standards.

During 3daysofdesign, BAUX will be showcasing their latest product launch: X-FELT Floating a new venue at Papirøen. X-FELT Floating is a product that transforms acoustics into meaningful architectural elements. By providing architects and interior designers with essential tools for enhancing wellbeing and functionality, this collection enables the seamless integration of superior sound quality into innovative design solutions.

There is something really nice about getting up close—to the furniture, the makers, the production process. A. Petersen creates furniture with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and respect for professional expertise. Theor products are designed, developed and produced in Denmark. Furniture from A. Petersen is crafted with the intention to renew the Danish design tradition and carry it into the 21st century. Not in a grand or rapid way—for the sake of scale or tempo—but in a measured, serious way, for the sake of current time as well as posterity, because furniture should last a lifetime, and hopefully even longer. A good piece of furniture only becomes more beautiful through time and use, as lived life leaves its mark on the materials.

Koukos de Lab is a material–driven design studio based in Lesvos, Greece, exploring sustainable design through research, experimentation, and local production. The studio develops innovative materials and objects by transforming agricultural by–products into meaningful design resources. At the core of its practice is Koukoutsi, an eco–material made from the final waste of olive oil production, primarily olive cores and pips. Designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional materials, Koukoutsi combines durability, water resistance, and a distinctive tactile quality. Suitable for objects, furniture, and surface applications, it reflects Koukos de Lab’s commitment to circular design and responsible material transformation today, locally.

For 3daysofdesign, Chylak presents a series of site–specific works in bobbin lace, developed for the Copenhagen flagship store Baum und Pferdgarten. Rooted in a shared cultural narrative between Copenhagen and Warsaw, the works draw on the story of Bertel Thorvaldsen’s monument to Józef Poniatowski and its journey across time and place. At the centre of the exhibition is the horse motif, reinterpreted through delicate lace into a light, almost transparent structure bridging history, craftsmanship, and contemporary fashion. Installed in dialogue with the space, the works form a subtle “lace entrance,” creating a layered, immersive environment.

ToneArt is a Danish design house operating as PH Pianos, PH Furniture and Copenhagen Design House.
