Astep is a young, contemporary design company with a rich legacy. Founded in 2014 by Alessandro Sarfatti with the vision of creating and curating timeless design objects with an innovative approach and environmental awareness. Astep offers thoughtful, long–lasting and carefully crafted lighting for home interiors, offices and design spaces alike. Based in Copenhagen and produced in Italy, Astep draws heavily on the Italian design legacy of the Sarfatti family and continuously strive to remain curious and evolving.

An impression is formed in an instant, yet lingers in memory far longer than the moment itself. In light, this phenomenon becomes especially powerful. A glow, a rhythm, a constellation in space can shape how a room is perceived and how it is remembered. “Lasting Impressions” reflects on this quiet yet profound ability of light to leave a trace. Not as a decorative element, but as a spatial gesture that defines atmosphere, guides the eye, and settles into our sensory memory. The exhibition considers how certain luminous forms possess the rare quality of staying with us—long after leaving the room. Together, the works explores how light can do more than illuminate a space; it can define how that space is felt and remembered.

A unique way of doing things. Every laCividina sofa and armchair tells a story of manufacturing tradition and Italian quality, through the boundless language of contemporary design. From project development to the finished product, all laCividina collections are created entirely at the Martignacco plant, an environment that promotes the experience and skills of each individual. Step by step, laCividina has evolved from a small workshop into a cutting edge organisation, while retaining the added value of craftsmanship that defines all the production stages. This balance enables laCividina to stand out for its ability to also craft custom made products, whilst respecting the characteristics and personality of the original design project.

Based in Uji, Kyoto, Asahiyaki is among the oldest ceramic kilns in Japan, having crafted tea wares in the same family for 425 years.
This rich history provides a unique perspective of time. Clay used today was extracted two generations ago, just as new clay is prepared for future generations. Tea vessels are not considered complete when they emerge from the kiln; they reach fulfilment gradually, through years of daily use. Besides making artistic pieces for the tea ceremony and sencha wares for daily use, Asahiyaki collaborates with global brands and restaurants on bespoke tableware collections. Every piece is thrown by hand on the pottery wheel by skilled artisans.

Founded in 1985, Santa & Cole is an independent editor of thoughtful design objects, art and books headquartered in Belloch (Barcelona, Spain). It’s a practice rooted in a discerning eye: choosing pieces with intuitive precision, often created by others, and bringing them to light, sharing them widely, safeguarding authorship and championing their value. With an aesthetic which leans more timeless than futuristic, Santa & Cole favours history over fashion, silence over noise. From spectacle to substance: if objects can be read, it’s because they have something to say. These are slow–cooked products, crafted to last, designed to be passed down through generations.

DCW éditions creates lighting objects that are thoughtfully conceived, well designed and well made. Whether they are re–editions of classics like La Lampe Gras or new contemporary designs, the pieces are rooted in the past, live in the present with a deep understanding of the future. They bring people together, making any space feel like home. Even a hotel corridor. Companions for living well, they’re meant to endure over time and be passed down from generation to generation. Because edition is, above all, a human affair. For those who love to touch the light, welcome home.

Studio Kajsa Willner creates bespoke design with a narrative and a strong focus on materiality. Through artistic research, low–tech craftsmanship, and conceptual thinking, the studio develops objects, sculptures, materials, and spatial installations, often using waste or secondary materials as a starting point. The work centres around the relationship between people, animals, nature, and resources. By researching historical materials, crafts, and production methods from a time when humans lived in closer symbiosis with nature, Willner seeks to explore empathic ways to relate to contemporary consumption and production.
