In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors creates unique pieces of cashmere, wool and linen using 19th–century wooden looms. Founded in 1983, the company fuses exceptional craftsmanship with a strong social enterprise mission. Each blanket, throw, or shawl begins with a mindful selection of noble, natural fibres and takes shape through slow gestures, care, and a deep commitment to the craft. Their textiles are now sold in over 30 countries and have been part of collaborations with renowned creators such as John Pawson and Faye Toogood. Teixidors blends beauty, tradition, and purpose to offer pieces that accompany, nurture, and transform both ambiance and lives. Teixidors—when weaving is also caring.
Teixidors takes part in 3daysofdesign with Mediterranean Dialogues, a curated exhibition by Viefe, developed in collaboration with the design studio Isern Serra. Together, Viefe, Teixidors and Cumellas create an environment that explores the dialogue between Mediterranean and Scandinavian design through a refined balance of materiality, light and spatial composition. The space brings together a carefully selected group of brands that embody this shared vision: Viefe, with architectural hardware; Cumellas, with rugs; and Teixidors, with its textile craftsmanship. Each partner reflects a commitment to thoughtful design and attention to detail, shaping a cohesive setting where design becomes a bridge between cultures and traditions.
