The brand was born from a passion for objects and an immense curiosity about materials. Material is the main focus in the development process of the projects. The right material gives the piece personality and soul, revealing its unique identity. The collections are in limited editions, and the entire production is made in Lisbon, where the company is based. The producers are small local factories, workshops, and artisans, many existing for over 30 years. Longevity is the thought behind the brand. The idea is reflected in the products through objects of simple forms that are easy to take care of, allowing the pieces to cross the time and creating interaction with the material.

In this exhibition, the designer presents her first commercial collection. For its first fair and market introduction, the designer proposes a collection that reveals the elegance of metal in simple forms in collectible and daily objects that provide visual and physical comfort.

For over 100 years, GRYTHYTTAN has combined Swedish craftsmanship with Scandinavian design. The furniture is still made by hand from wood and steel in Grythyttan, making the chairs and tables extremely weather-resistant and ensure they last decade after decade. The characteristic rocking mechanism of the chairs is created by the special spring steel frame, also requires human craftsmanship. During 3daysofdesign, discover the new additions to the iconic A2 series, which has been an integral part of Swedish gardens since the 1930. LIBELLE launched in 2023 has been given a new colour spectrum for 2024. It’s a modern design by award-winning Norwegian designer Andreas Engesvik with a slim, welded construction giving the design a slender urban silhouette.

Since its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia.

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2025 the festival will be held from 4 - 6 June.
