ESCENTIAL CPH is a Copenhagen–based perfume composition house led by perfumer Emmanuel Martini. They design bespoke fragrances, scented products and immersive olfactory experiences for clients spanning the full spectrum of the industry from rising niche perfumery (Tekinoktay Perfumes, Difüse) and independent fashion and interior designers (La Bagatelle by Malene Malling, Helene Blanche) to leading design houses (Georg Jensen, Flamant, Nordiska Galleriet), major fashion and retail groups (Samsøe Samsøe, H&M) and luxury hospitality (Nimb Hotel, Hotel Sanders by Kølpin). Garde Hvalsøe has, since 1990, created kitchens and interiors shaped by hand, material, and architectural intent. Each project begins with natural materials and the people who will live with it. Made to order, every detail is considered in relation to its purpose and surroundings. Rooted in Danish craftsmanship, the work reflects a belief in making things properly, allowing time, technique, and material to define the result. Interiors made to be used, to age, and to remain.

Bundle Studio is a Copenhagen based design studio working at the intersection of material research and industrial furniture production. The studio develops furniture and objects through a hands on process where structure, material behavior and construction define the expression. The practice includes work with natural fibre composites and biobased adhesives. With a curiosity for new and bio based materials, each project explores how emerging materials shape form, tactility and use. Rather than applying a predefined style, the studio lets material logic guide proportion and detail. The work aims to support a gradual green transition within the furniture industry through design and long term collaborations with manufacturers.

During 3daysofdesign, the Italian Embassy in Denmark, in collaboration with the Italian Danish design studio Rinata Milano, is proud to present a special exhibition hosted within the elegant reception rooms of its residence in Copenhagen, with the participation of selected representatives of Italian design and craftsmanship.

Extremis is a Belgian design brand that creates “tools for togetherness.” Founded in 1994 by designer Dirk Wynants, the company develops innovative furniture that supports human interaction and brings people together. Extremis starts from behaviour rather than form, designing functional solutions that reduce friction and make shared moments effortless. The result is a collection of intelligent, versatile designs for outdoor and indoor spaces. Developed and engineered in Belgium, Extremis products combine necessity, durability and timeless design, creating long–lasting solutions for homes, workplaces and public spaces worldwide.

FREITAG makes bags and accessories from used and, increasingly, circular materials. What began in Zurich in 1993 with messenger bags made from discarded truck tarps now comprises around 60 models, every product a one–off. FREITAG products are robust, functional everyday companions that, thanks to a range of repair and exchange services, can expect an even longer, more fulfilling life. The headquarter is in Zurich, where a large part of the truck tarpaulins are disassembled, washed, and cut to size. The company also runs 30 FREITAG Stores worldwide, a Zurich–based Online Store, and its products are available at over 220 retail partners globally.

For 3daysofdesign, Chylak presents a series of site–specific works in bobbin lace, developed for the Copenhagen flagship store Baum und Pferdgarten. Rooted in a shared cultural narrative between Copenhagen and Warsaw, the works draw on the story of Bertel Thorvaldsen’s monument to Józef Poniatowski and its journey across time and place. At the centre of the exhibition is the horse motif, reinterpreted through delicate lace into a light, almost transparent structure bridging history, craftsmanship, and contemporary fashion. Installed in dialogue with the space, the works form a subtle “lace entrance,” creating a layered, immersive environment.
