During 3daysofdesign, Vermland presents existing and new design releases while joining fellow Danish brands Thorup Copenhagen and Veark for a curated collective exhibition in the heart of Copenhagen. Jan Kath Design has revolutionised the world of rugs. For nearly 30 years, the brand has been shaping the international design scene with its work. While the creative language spans a broad spectrum, production remains deliberately rooted in tradition. Each carpet is crafted using centuries–old hand–knotting techniques in selected workshops in Nepal and India, certified for sustainability by the Swiss label STEP. Knot by knot, skilled artisans translate the designs into textile art. Only premium natural materials are used, including hand–combed Tibetan highland wool, fine Chinese silk, and Nepalese nettle. This balanced material composition gives the rugs a distinctive tactile quality and a deep, layered presence beyond the surface.

Koukos de Lab is a material–driven design studio based in Lesvos, Greece, exploring sustainable design through research, experimentation, and local production. The studio develops innovative materials and objects by transforming agricultural by–products into meaningful design resources. At the core of its practice is Koukoutsi, an eco–material made from the final waste of olive oil production, primarily olive cores and pips. Designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional materials, Koukoutsi combines durability, water resistance, and a distinctive tactile quality. Suitable for objects, furniture, and surface applications, it reflects Koukos de Lab’s commitment to circular design and responsible material transformation today, locally.

To celebrate 90 years of the Aalto vase, Iittala presents the Aalto 90 Pavilion at Ofelia Plads. Shaped after Alvar Aalto’s celebrated design, the pavilion invites visitors to step inside the form itself and experience an immersive soundscape created especially for the occasion. Within the pavilion, Iittala unveils its exclusive Aalto City Vases, presented as part of the spatial experience. The pavilion is a place for encounters, reflection, and sensory immersion—bringing together past, present, and future through one of the most enduring symbols of design during 3daysofdesign.

Openhouse Studio leads creative projects and bears brands' messages in a comprehensive and unique way. The studio offers an array of opportunities that can be customised to every brand–specific needs through developing events and building individual brand identities using creative direction, photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting, among others. The studio emerged from Openhouse Magazine, a biannual publication that talks about art, design, architecture, and culture, which also serves as a platform to engage with an international professional audience.
