Galleri Sonja is visiting from Bornholm. Once a saddle maker’s shop from the early 1800s, Galleri Sonja is now a place where craft, culture, and community meet in the gentle rhythm of slow living. The gallery is not only a space for experiencing art, it is also a space where knowledge of craft is shared and passed on. Through exhibitions and conversations, Galleri Sonja helps preserve and expand understanding of traditional and contemporary craft. Inspired by Bornholm’s nature and light, its tactile materials resonate with works by local and international artists. During 3daysofdesign, you can visit Galleri Sonja in Kvindernes Bygning.

Where attachment begins. "moifani" is a furniture brand launched in 2021 by SHIKI, an Okawa-based manufacturer in Japan. Design by SATEREO, the Portugal-based studio of Japanese designer Keita Sato. Its distinctive forms emerge as flowing curves that draw out the tactile warmth of solid wood and invite a lasting relationship between people and furniture. In moifani’s work, form is never arbitrary; it grows from the quiet dialogue between people, material, and everyday life. The "pombo collection", a series of dining chairs and tables, marks the brand’s latest release.

In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors creates unique pieces of cashmere, wool and linen using 19th–century wooden looms. Founded in 1983, the company fuses exceptional craftsmanship with a strong social enterprise mission. Each blanket, throw, or shawl begins with a mindful selection of noble, natural fibres and takes shape through slow gestures, care, and a deep commitment to the craft. A fireplace is often the centrepiece of a room and Eldvarm was founded on the belief that the objects alongside it should be beautiful enough to deserve that position. Eldvarm is a Scandinavian brand built on the idea that beauty is not surface, it is what makes something worth keeping. Every piece is made to do its job well and to stay beautiful doing it, year after year. What started with fireplace accessories has grown into a wider collection for the rituals of gathering around a flame.

Vipp is a Danish, 3rd generation family–owned company. Founded by metalsmith Holger Nielsen in the small town of Randers, Denmark in 1939, his entrepreneurial debut was a practical waste bin initially crafted for his wife’s hair salon. When Holger passes away in the beginning of the nineties, his daughter Jette inherits the bin and a metal workshop in the backyard of her childhood home in Randers. Joined by her children, Kasper and Sofie, they set out to transform the bin into a brand. Today, with its steadfast commitment to product engineering and design, Vipp equals a full–blown design universe of furniture, lighting, accessories, kitchens, and guesthouses

Fornace Brioni was founded in 1920, following the acquisition of the so-called “Fornacione” (according to certain documents still stands on its original location of 1883). The family-run company is now in its fourth generation, headed by Alessio and Alberto Brioni, who are planning the future of cotto maintaining their strong link with the past. Fornace Brioni is a leader in the renovation of old flooring, and has over the years carried out constant research on the potential of this material that produces in several versions, ranging from uniform and variegated cotto to glazed versions. The products of Fornace Brioni have been selected by architects all over the world for use in contemporary and timeless interiors.
